                        .

We went on Saturday night and NO they were not busy, should have been a sign to have run but O'well we didn't. My brother ordered the Jack Daniels Sampler Platter as his MEAL they brought it as an appitizer so they took it back and put it in the warming window untill everyone elses food was done, neverthe less his food was then cold and needed to be remade. Thats just the start they RAN out of Pitcher so we ordered 3 pitchers of Margaritas and they only had 2 plastic oitchers to bring us. 3 entrees were wrong, 5 appitizer were wrong and they the bill. They refused to adjust it and even though our waitress had to be hunted down each time we needed her we still had to give her her 18% tip that was over $50.

When we asked for the Manager and asked him about all of this I though he was going to dook it out with us.

                        Wont go back!

                        Message from TGI Fridays

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Gurnee, IL is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.
