I get regular facials, massages, and hair cuts. Patti and Tricia are awesome! The massages here are fabulous!!

I purchased a Groupon certificate for the spa just the other day. I was a little unsure about going because of some of the bad feedback, but I wanted to take my own word for it. Thank god I did! I walked in the front door and was a little overwhelmed and unsure, but shortly after I go into my room with my technician. I got a facial and Pedicure and the facial was so relaxing and she was so gentle I was in heaven.... I saw Jurate and she explained everything so close and in detail about my skin and what had been wrong, not to mention how to correct it. I felt like I learned som much from her but it did not feel like she was insulting me at all either. (I know my skin was in bad shape too) Then the pedicure.... Can you book me one each week? Kinda did the best pedicure ever. Her massage just put me so relaxed and I did not want it to stop... After I was finished with my services I wanted to make it known that I had a great experience so I asked for the manager. I know from working in the customer service industry for over 20 years it is not often that you get good feedback, usually only bad. The older lady approached me offering her assistance. I explained my services to her and how relaxed I was. She took it was a smile and we had a little chuckle together. I am not to sure why some of the people are saying bad things about this place. I went in and made my own judgement and I was darn glad that I did!

I am in heaven! My girlfriend bought me a gift card for an hour long massage for my birthday. I went in this past Saturday 10/9 and had the best massage of my life from Kumad. She was so polite when I came in, she had asked me if there was area that were bothering me and I explained to her that I have alot of lower back pain and if she could focus more on that area to try and help me feel better. When i got into the dim room I relaxed on the table and she went to work! WOW is all I can say. She pushed, pulled, and work me. I was in a little pain while she was doing it but I asked for it. Then shortly after she was done I felt AMAZING! I cant wait to come in and see her again. She is my miracle worker... Can I take her home with me?

Management and staff very RUDE! The atmosphere is old style and their technicians do not know the latest in hair trends. My hair cut was uneven and the technician cut 2 inches off when I asked for 1 inch to be taken off!!!!! When I brought this to the attn of the mgmt staff, they did not care one bit about customer satisfaction.

Overall Platinum Salon and Spa provides great service and is priced competitively. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Platinum may be stuck in the 80's as far as decor, but the staff and services are top quality. The young man that is a manager can be rather condescending.

I'll start with the pros, because there aren't many. Staff is very friendly. Now with the con's. This place is very expensive, haircuts over $40. Management staff easily annoyed, I asked a question about a massage service and management seemed annoyed to answer. Also, management was very rude to employees in front of customers. Last but not least, this place really needs an update, interior color is too much. (Lavender)

This is the place I get my hair cut. It's a wonderful place and large! You are first greeted by a friendly staff at the front desk and the building is very clean and nice. They have a downstairs with a koi pond and also an upstairs (it must contain Medical treatment and spa). The haircut facilities are in the back of the salon and it is very professional and not your typical average hair salon. The prices are on the higher side but I think it is worth it (ranging from $30-$50+ for men's haircut).

The services at Platinum are really good and they offer lots of variety. They give lots of individual attention to their customers and provide a great area where clients can change and get ready for their massage. Prices are really high though.

Platinum Salon is does haircuts, skin care, nails, wraps and messages. What I like about this salon is variety of services at a peace and quiet atmosphere. They are clean and professional. I will go back time and time again! Although they are higher in price than most salons, they treat you with the most utmost respect and pamper you while you are there. I've been to Mario Tricoci which is down the street and Platinum Salon has the same or better service at a better price and therefore that is why I recommend Platinum Salon to all my friends.
