Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008\r\n \r\nI have lived here for many plus years now and the worst part of Forest Park Apartments is the Maintenance/Office Staff!!! Sure, they would gladly love to see you sign your lease on the dotted line with them, but it bottoms out after that. The air conditioning units are the worst by far of any of the amenities/perks if you want to call it that. You get what you pay for as the old saying goes. This place is not up-to-date like the many opportunities on the north side of Peoria (In Lake of the Woods-Dunlap). These are as old as the hills themselves at the Nature Center nearby. Limited parking (Definitely on weekends), thin walls (You can darn near hear everything), cheap replacements parts, 3 very small basic/generic washers & dryers you can't always rely on ($2.50-wash/dry combined) with 20 units per complex and up to 18 total buildings in all.\r\n\r\nRecommended: NO\r\nOverall Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars\r\nParking: 2 of 5\r\nMaintenance: 1 of 5\r\nConstruction: 1 of 5\r\nNoise: 1 of 5\r\nGrounds: \t 3 of 5\r\nSafety: \t 3 of 5\r\nOffice Staff: 2 of 5
