Nanny Resource

Ivana is an excellent service provider who really listened to our needs. She made sure that we interviewed the best quality candidates. She never sent us candidates that fell outside our profile. We had a hard time deciding between multiple qualified candidates. She was also very helpful in providing us information on market salary and other issues. I have referred Nanny Resource without hesitation to many of my friends and work colleagues.

Nanny Resources has been such a blessing to us. They have sent us nothing but wonderful, highly qualified people -- even the people we didn't hire were great. Ivana is totally customer focused and bends over backwards to make sure we are happy. We can even call her if we are in crunch if we need someone for the day and she helps out. I would never go anywhere else. I am definitely a client for life!

I utilized 3 different agencies in the search for the perfect nanny and Nanny Resource is by far the best. They listened carefully to my needs and sent nannies that were right for my family. I truly felt that they listened to what was important to me and sent me great candidates to choose from. I was very pleased with the interviews and I could have hired more than one of the candidates as they were all very well qualified. I am lucky that I was in the position to pick our favorite candidate and she's been amazing. We couldn't be happier. In addition, I appreciate how easy and pleasant it was to work with Nanny Resource. They are very professional, responsive and trustworthy. If I ever need another nanny in the future, I won't bother with any other agencies and will work solely with Nanny Resource.

Nanny Resource is wonderful and a lifesaver! I highly question Jason C's comments below and whether he is talking about this agency at all based on my wonderful experience with Nanny Resource. We have used the agency for over two years with no regrets. They have sent highly qualified candidates both times I have been looking for a full-time nanny for my son. My son continues to have a warm bond and see his first full-time nanny that the agency placed with us who spoke English better than I do, is a college graduate with multiple degrees, kept our home cleaner than I do, and was incredibly gentle, nurturing and caring with our son -- I affectionately call her his second Mom! In addition, the agency with very short notice from me (several days) originally placed a temporary nanny with us when we were moving from the City to a suburb who was a former elementary school teacher and was fabulous! My son's current full-time nanny is also warm and loving with him, in fact, I often remind her that it is okay to tell him "No" occassionally. Like all things to do with our children, it often takes much time and attention to find a right match and I can only wonder what went wrong with Jason C's experience. Not every nanny is a fit for every home. Some amount of time, diligence and patience in interviewing, checking references and observing candidates with your child is always needed, no matter what agency you use. The agency is busy (probably because they are good), so sometimes you need to leave a message with the answering machine. However, I have had a completely opposite experience and can recommend Nanny Resource to anyone -- and do!

We used 3 different Nanny agencies in the city and Nanny Resource provide the best candidates by far. In fact, we asked 1 of the other agencies to stop sending candidates b/c they clearly did not meet our expectations. Nanny Resource listened to our needs and sent candidates that clearly met our requirements (Bilingual, infant care experiece, CPR certified, caring and warm demeanor). We hired our current Nanny from Nanny Resource and are thrilled with her. She is wonderful, speaks english well, is very qualified (thoughtful, loving, highly experienced, flexible). I have referred several friends to Nanny Resource, all of whom have hired nannies from the agency as well. Additinally, they were very helpful throughout the hiring process and focused on making sure we found the right nanny for us. After we found our nanny, Nanny Resource has taken the extra time to help us with nanny related questions (e.g., salary increases, tax questions) they have been a great resource to us beyond the placement. I would not hesitate to use Nanny Resource again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We interviewed 4 different Nannies from this agency when we decided we needed one for after school care whilst we were still working. This agency noted all our requirements and what type of person we were looking to hire, but seemed to fall way short of sending us Nannies that met our requirements. All of them spoke very little english, had little or no experience and seemed very harsh in personality. Noneof them made me feel comfortable with leaving my children in their care. When I told the agency my concerns about them meeting our requirements they didnt really seem to care. They just wanted us to hire a nanny so they could make a commission. Please go to other agencies to fulfill your anny needs as this one will not.
