"I was told that one of my items ordered would be delayed because "there's a problem with the warehouse".

Fine, so we scheduled delivery for another day, where I was told "we'll call you in the morning". I waited, no calls. Called them, the shop manager said "Oh yes, it's in the delivery truck, the guys will call you when they're in your area". They never came. I wasted a whole day waiting.

I called the following Monday, and another manager said he checked and my delivery was never put on the route at all. So the other guy f***ing lied to me.

The following Thursday, I was called at work, and the delivery guy asks if I was going to be home within the hour. How absurd. I'll have to wait till the next Thursday. This is that Thursday. I've been calling them, they're still searching for my item in the warehouse. Manager keeps saying I'll call you back in 15; I've been harassing him for the past two hours. Still haven't called me back. Still lying to me.

I'm not emailing this review to the business, because frankly, I don't think they care."

Although you won't find the rock-bottom prices that the name of the store would lead you to believe, this is a fairly reasonably priced store that carries very nice furniture. The layout's a bit cluttered, sometimes to the point of having absolutely no rhyme or reason, but the deals you can find make it worth your while to poke your way through mountains of wood and metal.

This place has really good deals on furniture, especially futons and dressers.. the only thing that stinks is its kind of messy so you need to weave through the furniture and step over things.. if you're adament about finding cheap furniture it could be worth the search, this place is highly recommended by lots of apartment finders!

This is a nice store to go to to get some cheap furniture. It is just standard furniture -- nothing really spectacular. I find it a great place to get bookshelfs or standard corner tables. This store is a bit crowded and hard to get around because of all the merchandise filled in the store.
