I was needing to replace my box springs. I had purchased my mattress the year before and I was purchasing the items as I could afford them.
Well Brooms was having a sale and I went in and told them the size of bed I had and that I was needing just the box springs.
They sales force continually tried to get me to buy a mattress and box springs combo. I was getting tired of talking to them and they not listeninig.
I went home, called their number where I could do it all over the phone.
I told them what i needed, the size of bed and the prices they had listed in their flyer.
I thought I hit pay dirt, I was told over the phone, they had it and I could come in and get it. Well it turned out when I went back, no one knew what I was talking about nor whom I had spoken with on the phone.
Someone walked over to me, I was getting physcially stressed, and introduced themselves as one of the managers. It was not till then that I got any service, and at that point I really didnt care to get any service.
If I ever go back, big if and I get that sort of non service service again I am going to request the home numbers of the owners and tell them personally what I think of their crackerjack team!

PROS: down town
CONS: everything else, poor service, games
