Richard Walker's has great breakfast and lunch food. They use quality ingredients, and the preparation is always consistent and tasty. The omlettes and crepes are my favorites!

If you want a nice breakfast this is the place to go. The omelettes are huge and the belgium waffles are delicious. They also have an extensive lunch menu. The wait staff is very friendly and fast

My husband and I both LOVE Richard Walker's. I can't talk enough about the pancakes. They are the REAL thing. However, expect to be wowed by the spanish omelet and other fine breakfasts available. The coffee was amazing as well!

We really enjoy eating at Richard Walker's Pancake House. I think my favorite are the Potato Pancakes, they are awesome. I always have to take some home as I can't possibly eat the whole portion they serve.

The staff is friendly and the food is good.

I've been coming to this place (I speak of the Hoffman Estates location) for years. I've had just about everything on the menu and it's all good. Giant ommlets, great eggs benedict, german pancake the size of a volkswagon and an unbelievable apple pancake. I also love the biscuits and gravy and the thick cut bacon is some of the best I've ever had. Longs lines appear daunting on weekends, but the staff is expert at moving it along. It is a bit on the pricey side, my one complaint.

Pros: great breakfast food

Cons: pricey, long waits

I have only been to the Richard Walkers in Schaumburg, just north of Golf Rd on Roselle. This is where one find the absolute best omelet available, and I have tried almost all of the top twenty breakfast restauants in the city. Have them include a side of salsa (also remarkable in itself, made there) and you have a truly wonderful treat. The Eggs Benedict are a delight, as well as I have had them done anywhere. Apple pancakes are great, though occasionally light handed on the cinnamon sugar. The atmosphere makes this place a cut or three above the rest. Excellent classical music stays enough in the background to be a real addition Parking is great and service is exemplary.

Pros: great food, great atmosphere, relaxing music

Cons: no dinner food, somewhat pricey, $8-12/person w/T&T
