My advice to you, if you take your car here, you deserve to get taken advantage of.

I recently killed my battery, which occurred due to a door not closing completely and a door light staying on all night. I got the car jumped and it died again right in front of their shop. I had taken my car there the last time my battery died under 3 years ago. They replaced the battery and alternator. This time around, I was quite shocked to hear that I again needed a new battery and alternator. Estimated cost $486 plus tax. Since I needed the car two days later I had them do the work.

In the meantime I did some research online and found out 1) that it's very weird to have a battery and alternator both die in under three years (at only about 8,000 miles per year), and 2) I read some of other reviews online...both which raised my suspicion. When I went to pick up the car I was told that I owed not $486 plus tax, but $646 plus tax! Since I didn't get a written estimate I didn't have any recourse, but I then decided to pay the "core charge" for both the battery and alternator so I could have them both tested by a third party. I took both to Autozone and watched both of them be tested right in front of me. BOTH WERE PERFECTLY FINE! My battery just needed to be charged....so they essentially stole $700 from me. I had both pieces replaced by another shop, returned the pieces and demanded my money back.

Looking back, the alternator and battery they gave me under three years ago were probably not needed either. My dad put over 200,000 miles on his car, all with one alternator.

In short, I would not recommend using this garage. Ever.
