B&B has been a Chicago Tradition since 1967 At the same spot in the heart of the Loop. We are open seven days a week , 363 days a year We serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ,Cocktails, Music and Dancing when time permits. We use the best ingredients at the most reasonable prices in the Loop. We have maintained a loyal stream of customers. Furthermore, we are always getting new ones that we like to get to know. Lastly, our menu has always been customer driven. Open for over 40 years Beef and Brandy has been serving downtown Chicago with distinction. We offer a varied menu, full meals ranging from five through twenty dollars. Centrally located at the same spot since our opening Beef & Brandy, is the old Chicago hot spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The new management at this restaurant has really done a great job. I loved the food, it was a very pleasant atmosphere, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I stopped by on the way home one evening. The place looked nice, but I wasn't really expecting much. Boy, was I surprised! Delicious entree, amazing decor, cheerful and friendly wait staff, more than competitive price. Couldn't believe how good the rib eye steak was.
Will DEFINITELY come back!

The doorman at the Palmer House suggested that I try it out. My burger was cooked to perfection! If it wasn't enough that the food was great, what made the experience even more pleasant was the great staff. I highly recommend giving Beef and Brandy a whirl.

On the plus side, this place is cheap and the staff is very friendly. But the food is (barely) decent--I didn't really enjoy my french fries and I didn't think it was possible to mess up fries. Since this place is downtown there are a ton of other options.

Good, but nothing spectacular

I'm sort of a snob, and I hate cheap tasting food. At first the decor threw me, but I was nicely surprised. the meals are very affordable with mid grade quality food. The service was very quick, and the food flavorful, more than I expected for the price range.

Terrible food; bad service

After breaking the bank with orchestra seats at Jersey Boys, my boyfriend and I wanted to eat somewhere that was reasonably priced. We were expecting this quaintly named diner to be much better than it was. First, the service was terrible. We hardly saw our waiter and had to wait forever to get our drinks refilled and more bread. The food did not compensate for the service. The salad arrived soaking wet and the dressing was mediocre. We hadn't even finished our salads when our waiter, not even bothering to take them away, set down our entrees, leaving no space to eat. We had tilapia and ravioli and both dishes were exceedingly bland and not worth the price. I would NOT recommend Beef and Brandy to anyone.
Pros: a small discount for showing ticket stubs

Unbelievable American Cuisine!

Perfect burgers

Had a perfectly well done burger with just the right amount of toppings. My waiter was SUPER friendly and helpful and seemed knowledgable about the menu. Definitely a recommended establishment!!!

Awesome Food

Friendly servers, delicious hamburgers, great atmosphere. I went there after seeing a show in the area and I am very glad I did.
