Elston Ace Hardware/Ctr Inc

Very helpful staff - they ask you if you need help finding something the instant you walk in the door, and can often explain how to use things. Sometimes their stock is a bit sketchy - they only carry one kind of windshield wiper, for instance, or they'll run out of things - but overall it's a good place.

I hate this place because not only they have rude staff, but the manager also is not knowlegable. One time I was treated like a criminal just because I was trying to use coupon and the cashier did not know how to do it. I asked the customer service 1-800 number and they would not even give it to me, saying even the store manager does not even have the number. Horrible place with a horrible expirience, I will not go back there.
I called the customer service number for Ace Hardware and they said they manager would want to have me back and accept my coupons if I go there again, but what kind of stupid person would want to spend a penny in a horrible place like this. My husband also had bad experience in this place because they keys that they made did not even work, not a single of them and he had to go back to get his money back, what a waste of his time. I would recommend everybody that I know to NOT shop here. A place to avoid at all cost.
