Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake factory is one of my favorite restaurants to go do in Chicago. I've never had a meal there that I did not enjoy. Decently priced. Quality food. Efficient and friendly service. And of course the cheese cake is amazing!! Entrees are pretty big so make sure to save room for dessert. Great for dates or outings with friends. I highly recommend the chicken lettuce wraps and pumpkin pecan cheesecake!! Every visit leaves me very satisfied. Sometimes there is a long week and peak dinner hours, but it's definitely worth the wait!

Everytime i come here i always have to wait a long time but it is so worth it. the lettuce wraps are amazing and the asian salad is very good. I recommend both for sure

The food was excellent, but the service was unsatisfactory. My guests and I had to wait 15 minutes before our waitress arrived and when she showed up she had an attitude. Once she served us our food we didn't see her again until we had to stop another waitress to located ours. I usually tip 20%, but this time I didn't tip at all, pocketing that money as a reminder why I won't return.

My husband recommended we eat at the Cheesecake Factory when we were on our holiday from North Dakota. He had lived in Chicago and thought the Cheesekcake Factory was worth a revisit - he wasn't wrong. It was fabulous. Our little girl was in her element. The food, service and atmoshphere were all well worth the visit. Overall and enjoyable experience.

it was an ok experience there was famous people there that night we had to wait 45 mins to b seated then 30 mins for our waitress and 25 mins for food. when everything finally came they where like we are sorry for the wait they had 3 diffrent parties to attend to so they gave us 20% off our bill after we spoke to the manager.

PROS: it pays to sit and wait never know what might come out of it
CONS: if your hungary right away then this is not the place for you on a saturday

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants in the city. The food is predictible and good. The cheesecake is always fabulous and makes a great take out item.

The food here is very good, surprisngly. There are always terribly long waits, I recommend going during the week if possible, or asking to sit at the bar. Huge portions, so share to leave room for dessert. Possible celebrity spottings. I've seen a few there!

Despite the fact that it is always very crowded, the Cheesecake Factory is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. They have delicious food and a great atmosphere. You can't go wrong.
