What a horrible experience. I will never refer this company to anyone.They've already lost 3 customers after I've told my story. We bought a 27' above ground pool from them and let them know our concerns that we already had an exisiting deck from a previous pool. They assured us there would be no problems. Not only did they not show up on the day they said they would to install the pool, they didn't even call to let us know -- they just didn't show up! So much for me taking a day off work to be there. Then when they did finally show up to install the pool they didn't even ATTEMPT to line up the angle of the pool with the angle of the deck. When we brought it to the installation crew's attention, they said "they were sorry and they wished they would have paid better attention and gone up on the deck to check the placement and that it was unfortunately installed incorrectly." We now have to pull off boards from our deck to fix their carelessness. The manager kept saying "we don't do deck work" and "it would have never fit anyway". I wish we could have at least seen what an attempt to make it fit would have looked like. We never asked for deck work --- just for the installers to attempt to line angles. Unbelievable. After trying to resolve these issues with the Manager, Matt Helmick, he would talk down to us and at one point even said "10-4" and hung up on my husband. How are they even still in business? I even took pictures of the installation problems and emailed it to the manager -- for instance the posts that are sitting on concrete blocks and are half off the blocks --- and they won't take any responsibility for it. The manager, Matt Helmick, says "well they're on the blocks aren't they" What kind of company is this? They don't care how they install your pool. They just do it and make the customer deal with it. Their customer service is horrible and don't even treat you as a paying customer. We were not even left with instructions on the steps to take after our pool was installed. As a new pool owner, that would have been nice. We were just left in the dark and it wasn't until three days later that we got a phone call from Ohana and they said they just "figured" we would have brought in a water sample. Instructions would have been nice. We went to Cardinal Pool for our chemicals and they gave us printed step-by-step instructions. Our business will stay with Cardinal Pool.

Absolutely horrible service. Bought a house with an existing hot-tub. I've visited Ohana for supplies on three occasions and have been treated terribly by the owner. He talks down to me and comes off as a complete jerk, even when I'm trying to buy something from him. My wife explained it was because we didn't buy our spa from him. She said on a previous visit when she asked a question about an error code on our spa, he said "you wouldn't have these problems if you'd bought your tub from me."

I won't spend a dime with this clown. I'll do business elsewhere.

I LOVE this store! The staff are friendly and helpful and their products are great! They have great pools, spas, billiards and much more like saunas and dart boards! I had no trouble when dealing with them and visit the store lots to keep up with the maintenance of the pool and spa we bought there!! We are also considering buying all the things we will need for our new game room there!!I have no complaints what so ever!!!! And I will continue shopping here!!!

this store carrries of course pools and pool tables and spas, but they also carry a selection of Illni gear that any fan must have bar stools and lights and custom pool tables man they have it all just ask and they will show you it all!
