I am really big on customer service so when I walked into the dealership and the very courteous salesman Armando greeted me with a smile and the knowledge to back it up I was at ease. He answered all my questions, did not make me feel pressured. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my Altima and the level of expertise and customer service I received.

I went to Western Ave Nissan after hearing a commercial on the radio. I had been trying trade in my Dodge Avenger for a while but everyone told me I was too far "Upside Down." My salesperson Garrett explained to me that the Nissan Versa had a big rebate that would help me get out of my old car. Sure enough I'm now driving my brand new Versa all around town and loving it. I recomend this place for anybody like me who feels like there is no hope for them to get a new car.

I am a manager and was impressed by the customer service I recieved at Western Ave Nissan. As soon as I walked up, I was greeted and acknowledged. I came in with my mind set on what I was going to spend and what I wanted and expecting to haggel with the sales person. To my surprise the salesman, (Laudy) that was helping me actually listened to me and gave me a better deal than what I was expecting. No hassel no haggeling prices! I have to buy a car for my daughter soon, The salesman also made some reccomendations for what type of car to get for my daughter and will call me when he see's one come through. I'll be coming back!

Walked into the dealer the other day and had a much better experience than i expected, talked with Laudy real cool guy greeted me rite away, the rite amount of business and personal. Well educated about the cars and how to help me, talked about my current loan and instantly told me ways how we could fix my situation and get me into a term much better suited for my wallet. Glad i stopped and super stoked about my new car..

Just recently stopped by at Western avenue Nissan ,needless to say i was greeted at the door instantly by Laudy H , I had an outstanding experience and very knowledgeable sales person ,walked in to ask a few questions about my existing car loan high interest rate and the possibility to refinance, within a short time waiting i was able to get better interest rate than expected. I'm glad i decided to stop in. It was a Monday so traffic was smooth and he was very attentive

We came into the dealer from and ad that was sent to my home, it had an abundance of cars on sale. I called on a Nissan Quest, mine is 6 years old and tons of miles from the kids back an forth with activities that it is due for an upgrade. They had a beautiful maroon one on advertisement. They had it instock and also it was cheaper then what the ad had offered. Great for us they honored the price. Glad we chose Nissan .

Car Shopping is always a headache. No one likes those pushy salesmen and how eager they are to sell you anything even if its not what you want. I am always on my toes and ready for that person when I look around. I went to Western Nissan and was expecting that person I have in my head and I never saw him/her. When I got there I was greeted with smiles and a very warm, enjoyable atmosphere. They were very helpful in finding what I was looking for and were never pushy or aggressive. We were able to find the car we wanted and get a great deal on it. Thank you very much and we love our new car.

We looked around for a good priced family car and were coming up with nothing. Went to a few dealers and looked around in the paper and on the net, still no luck. A friend told us that thay got a great deal at western Nissan about 8 months ago and told us to try and see if they had something that would best set our needs. We didn??t really have much to loose, so we went and took a gander at what they had to offer. This was the first place we had been where I felt they had a very good selection of used cars and they were also priced very fairly. We found a smaller SUV that just fit right for us. We took it for a test drive and then went into finance. Our test drive took longer than the entire paperwork process did. They were so fast and very efficient. They got us out of there in no time. Im going to send everyone I know their way!

We went down to Western Nissan and were astonished. They showed us around and let us look at a great selection of cars. When we narrowed it down to 3 different ones, our salesmen had so much patience he let us test drive all 3. At that point we definitely knew which one we liked and went into finance. That was a piece of cake and now I have a brand new car, and I love it.

I was thrilled to see such happy sales team. I did not get bombarded at the door, just pleasantly greeted. I sat down and told them what my personal situation was, they told me lets run your credit and see what we can get you into. I ended up getting a cute Nissan 2011 and I could say that its perfect for me. Curious to see how the service department will be. See you for my first free oil change.

A dealership not only should make sure that you get the car that you want but also make sure you are comfortable the day after purchase. Simply check up with you to let you know that they are there if you need anything. That is exactly what Western Nissan did. A few days after I purchased my new Cube, they called me to let me know the finance company was Nissan Motor Acceptance and that if I needed anything they were just a phone call away! Kudos for being an outstanding Dealer!

I shopped around for a good work truck. I went to Ford and a Chevy dealer looking for a cheap truck I could use. They had a few to look at however they were way over my budget. A friend told me they got a good deal at Western Nissan and I should go take a look. I went down and found a used Titan at a great price. Not only was it a great looking truck but it had many options that most work trucks don??t have. I was very satisfied with the deal I got.

Coming to Western Nissan was a wonderful idea. We were treated very nice and extremely fair. We were not pressured at all and given many choices. We picked the one we liked and took it home. It was so easy and hassle free.

When getting to Western Nissan I right away felt at home. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so welcomed. We found a really nice salesmen and he showed us around and we found s car we liked. He took us for a test drive and we really liked the car. When we got back to the dealer we went inside and ran the numbers and to my surprise we were able to afford it. This is the nicest car I have ever owned and I have Western Nissan to thank for it.

I am not sure yet how the financing is going usually with dealers you get that phone call saying we have to refinance you through another bank. Its been a week & a half & I have not recieved a call yet. So maybe there is no run around with the bank. How ever I wanted to rant about my experience. I am so happy that I was not bombarded by salesman when I got there. I was able to walk around get an idea then someone came to me respectfully and said can I answer any questions? would you like to go for a ride in this? Took my I.D and got the keys to take it for a test drive. I ended up purchasing. Thanks so much to Western Nissan for letting me breath while I was looking for a vehicle & not giving me the run around!

LOVE IT! My new Nissan Cube. How could you go wrong my husband is 6'1 and still has head space. It comes in a cute green color & nice trunk space. Thanks so much for my introduced me to her sales man who gave her a great deal and a great experience with the purchase! He showed me all the buttons and options the Cube offered. Western Nissan has top notch service. I went in for a new car and everyone was so nice and friendly. They were able to explain all of the safety features and show me how to used the Bluetooth for my phone., that was really cool. Im very happy with my new Nissan, it runs great and im thrilled we got it from Western Nissan. BTW you??re going to see my sister soon.

Western Nissan has really nice people that work here. While I was waiting for my wife to go for a test drive I was asked if I was comfortable and I was given water and snacks. It was like I was on a plane ride getting peanuts. Everyone is so nice and they even gave us a great deal on a new car. Way to GO!

I went to go purchase a Nissan Xterra, I found them reasonably priced. When I got to Western Nissan I found one that was a demo for an employee and I was able to get it at a huge discount. I ended up getting the upgraded model for the same price as a base one. One of my favorite options is the roof rack. If not for the great team at Western Nissan I would not have this great car.

Going and getting my car at Western Nissan was a brilliant idea. I went to a few other places and non of them would give me my asking price for my trade in or anything even close. They gave me a fair trade in and a great deal on a new car. I defiantly recommend Western Nissan.

Coming to Western Nissan was all my wife??s idea. She was the one that liked the car and chose the dealer. When we arrived I wasn??t exactly thrilled but I was a team player. After spending some time there and getting to know that staff, my feelings started changing. Everyone was so nice and proper, always making sure we were comfortable with the terms and condition. This really is a stand up dealer.

What can I say about Western Nissan beside their straight shooters. I went in, looked at a car and paid for it. I then went home. They were nice throughout the process and accommodated me the entire time. None of the mum-bo jumbo haggling, that everyone hates. They gave me a great price and I was satisfied with it, and my new car.

Western Nissan has the best customer service around if not for all the cars out front; you would think it??s a 5 star hotel. Everyone is so nice and polite. Always making sure you understand everything and this makes a stressful situation make you feel at ease. Great people and a great place.
