Cole's Appliance & Furniture

Shopping at Cole's was the best decision my wife and I could have made. We are newly married and trying to furnish a two bedroom apartment on a budget. Right from the moment we walked in to the store we were politely greeted and given personal attention. As the other reviewers have said the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I might venture to say they knew what we wanted more then we did after just a few simple questions. The couches we purchased are really comfortable, look great, and cost half the price of anywhere else we had looked. On the delivery day the movers were very kind and helpful. Sadly our sofa did not fit but Kevin was very kind about it. Kevin saved us and even though he really didn't have any room to take it back he did. We were able to exchange it no problems and they were very nice about it. We love that store quite a bit. I forgot to mention we also bought an entertainment center and a coffee table that were perfect too. They delivered in half the time that we expected. And we have our eye on a dining table we will probably get soon. In conclusion I would highly recommend this store to anyone thinking of getting any new furniture. Only suggestion measure your doorways first!

Just had my furniture delivered today. Kevin Krasney (Owner) was excellent. He took his time with me and knew exactly the type of furniture I was looking for. As a side note, after placing my order, Kevin was told that they no longer made the sleeper section that I wanted. He called Rowe Furniture directly. Despite the fact that the sleeper frame was no longer made, Rowe Furniture still had (2) in stock. In the end, I got the sectional set that I ordered. I don't think you'll get this type of service at any other big furniture store in the city. The furniture looks great and I'm glad that I took Kevin's advice on the new "merlot" color fabric. The delivery guys were just as nice!!! Thanks again for the wonderful service.

After shopping all over the city a friend recommended that I check out Cole's. The prices were as great as the service! I would have never thought to stop by this store but I'm glad that I did...these guys no their business and even better they're honest. When I have some extra money, I'm going back to buy a new couch!

I just bought a couch today from Kevin... he's a good guy. Very patient and helpful.

I was in the shop 3 times looking at fabric colors... and never felt any sales pressure. He was quite helpful in working with me to mix and match fabrics. I'm really excited about the purchase.

Great service, great price, quality product.

They are also making a push to bring in eco-friendly appliances... Highly recommended.

My food taste better thanks to Cole's. Barry & Kevin made it affordable for me to buy the best appliances on the market. They can get you whatever you want for lower prices then anywhere else! Not only did I get great prices on my appliances but I bought a Rowe sofa and great wood furniture at a discounted price as well!

Cole's made it affordable for me to replace my old, ugly kitchen appliances with brand NEW Stainless Steel Appliances! I brought in my dimensions and Barry & Kevin found what new appliances would fit my spaces.

This family owned and operated business has the lowest prices on all Appliances and custom built furniture. This father and son team helped me design my entire kitchen and their prices were still lower then the other three stores I visisted prior to seeing them.
A few weeks later I stopped by to say hi and ended up purchasing all of my livingroom and bedroom furniture from Cole's. - I was able to choose the ROWE sofa style I loved and then chose the fabric, accent pillows and wood of my choice.
My new house looks amazing and I owe it to Cole's!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't believe it when I walked through the doors of this old Chicago storefront...Cole's had the same sofa that I fell in love with at another store for $500 less. At first I assumed it had to be a different manufacturer until I saw the ROWE tag on it. To make my day even better - the owner Kevin explained I can recover the sofa w/ the fabric of my choice for the same price! I bought the sofa a matching chair & ottoman for the same price that I saw the sofa for at the other store which I won't name. So pleased after delivery, I went back and bought my bedroom set from Kevin as well!!! -

All I can say is WOW! I walked in with the model numbers of what I wanted and Cole's beat the prices, offered me free delivery and financing. It was nice to be able to give my money to a small family-owned and operated business and still payed less!

The BEST prices & service! Cole's prices are better than the BIG stores or the little ones. Not the biggest showroom around but Barry & Kevin can get you anything out there. I bought my NEW Appliances & Furniture at Cole's and my new house looks amazing, thanks to Cole's!
