They always hide in "extra" costs and obnoxious taxes on top of the bad service. here is an example. "Hi, I would like to order a your special, "no not today!." what it says here you have a special for 11.95 "No price went up"
"we don't give away!" "what!"

"we don't give away" lol Ok well this one says 11.95. 'ok, fine what you want" I would like a one topping special w/ peperoni." " IS THAT ALL"

then I ask about chicken fingers she says, "is that all" rude and obnoxious and don't bother asking for the owner or manager, she is both according to her.
And wait until the rude latino girl tries to explain how the special goes from 11.95 for a pizza to 24.00 w. tax and delivery charge, it is unfriendly service.

Or if you're lucky will get a sweet old lady and this is what I don't understand either she is allowing this to go on or they have her scared out of her mind. They never fix an order they mess up they never compensate you for a burnt pizza. Sure the owner is nice but it will take you at least a week to talk to her then she pulls the oh so sorry we do something about her, then you get the same person w/ the same bad attitude.

It is sad because the pizza is so good only if you ask them to take care when preparing it they have no concept of what a good pie looks like but the flavor is a1. If they were nice and changed staff it would be the best pizza place in town but the service lets it down. I no longer even bother and it is a shame.

It is not a breakdown in dialogue rather a breakdown in common courtesy.

Pros: yummy za

Cons: worst service in the world

I am just like any chicago guy and like a good pizza. I had one of the menus placed in the lobby of my condo building and decided to try it out. I placed my order and the lady on the phone said it would be within the hour. I waited, and waited, and after an hour I called again. They tried to get ahold of the driver, but never did. They said it left on time (but gave me the time I called... which would be impossible to have a pizza leave at the time it was ordered). Anyways, another 30 mins went by and still no pizza. I called again, and they tried to find the driver again. As I was on the phone, the pizza came. Well, needless to say it was COLD, and Soggy! NOT acceptable. I let the person on the phone know the problem and all she could say is, "What do you want ME to do???" I will NEVER order from this place again. The pizza is not NEAR good enough to make up for the VERY poor treatment of their customers!

Cons: SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE HAD!
