Autozone

The few times I have been in their store the service has been all or nothing. I can wander around the store and look frustrated and confused that I can't find something and no one will help me. Other times I know what i am looking for, and yet I get greeted at the door and they take me to the item I need and then take it to the register for me. It all depends on how busy they are.
