Melrose Park Clinic

I have been seeing Doctor G for almost a year now. He is a wonderful person and very understanding to your pain. I read all these reviews that he is so bad and this and that but your probably a person who does not suffer with chronic pain and does not understand how it is to not be able to live a normal life. I absoultley love him and everyone justs needs to back off of him and let the man do his job. He went to school for this not you so I am sure he knows what he is doing. Dr. G has been my primary care physician for almost six years now and without him I probably wouldn't. Be here today. I'm a person with chronic lolower back pain after a failed back surgery. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good doctor.

One of the dirtyest doc office I have ever been in there is hair flying around on the floor they ask you to lye back (NO WAY) god only knows whos head has been there and what would be in there hair. I have been dealing with croinic back pain since 2000 I too have bolts and rods in my back. This doctor has NEVER asked me even to see if I have a scar. He once gave me a shot in my back told me it was novicaine I thought I was at a doctors office not a dentist.He lost his right to treat people in the 90'S how can he possibly be able to treat people again. Does any one see a lisence hanging in a room? Most doctors have them hanging up there are proud of them NOT THIS I guess you WOULD CALL HIM WHAT NOT DOCTOR he needs to be run out of town. Go back to florida with his drug pushing wife.

disgusting and flithy I would never go back there again. Everyone is rude and the Dr. I guess a crook and lost is license in the early 90's. Look it up. illinois office of professional regulation online license search.

I take my friend to see Dr. G and every time I have been there the receptionists were very rude and had a nasty attitude. They give you dirty looks and act like your scum. If Dr. G wasn't such a great Dr. to my friend, I would never take her back there!!!! Otherwise Dr. G is a very attentive Dr. Thanks Dr. G!!!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Giacchino for some time now, he checked my medical records and M.R.I.'S prior to my treatment. I have a fear of needles and he was the most kindhearted doctor I have ever had the pleasure of trigger point injections given to me. I always have had great service from him personally, and his staff. I would like to personally thank him and his staff for their efforts to make me feel as comfortable as they have. He is a great doctor, he always asks how I am doing in my life dealing with chronic pain and lets me know things will get better. I always leave feeling better about myself and life in general as we have spoken several times about my future dealing with chronic pain that will unfortunately be a part of my life forever. He is better than the counselors I have spoken with, he actually listens and gives real advice that works for me at work and at home instead of throwing pills at me like most shrinks do and follows up with me asking how his advice has helped. I will continue to see Dr. Giacchino for the rest of my life, he is the best doctor I have ever seen. I had 2 discs in my neck removed and replaced with bone, 3 of my vertebrate are fused and a titanium plate installed behind my esophagus. I lost my construction career and had to resort to working retail, I have been struggling with chronic pain and depression for some time, but Dr. Giacchino made me believe in myself again as I had thoughts of suicide before I met him. Now my life is better, and as he has put it I am taking it day by day making the best out of what I have. I am only 33 years old but he is the best thing that has happened in my life since my surgery, I know he cares about me he proves it every time I see him. I have heard him deny many people for pain medications until they had an M.R.I. that proved they needed the medication they asked for, he is not evil, or a pill pusher, he is a great doctor. I wish he would get credit for the great help he has given to his patients, not this slander from people attacking him like this. THANK YOU, I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME.

Dr. Giacchino is a first rate physician and cares about his patients. I have been going to him for some time and he listens and helps. I appreciate him. Any bad reviews are sour grapes !!

to the pill pusher who got a needle in his back ,Dr giachinno's office give me that shot ,& did it same way but it wasn't him who gave me the shot ,yes it did hurt(pain from shots don't usually hurt me but this one did), but I was always going there weekly ,bimonthly & monthly for Workman's comp accident ,after that shot i was pain free for about 5 months , i recommended that shot to others also

I have been a patient of Dr Giacchino's for a very long time. He has never pushed narcotics on me, was very concerned of by problem with my back, in fact gave me a cortizone shot for free to relieve my pain. There is a particular man spreading vicious rumors about what a terrible man he is, which is not true. This particular person must have a demons (hooked on narcotics) and then was "saved" by his church and now on a rampage against him. I agree, his staff is not friendly but they are not the ones treating me. I was in pain from an auto accident for 4 years, it took him listening to me and with one shot, i am pain free. I trust him with my life.

I have seen Dr. G for a few months now , he was recommended to me from a man who works for me. The first appointment I was told to write down all the medication I take. Dr.G then took his (bible) out his script. pad. then wrote out every one I wrote down. Never once did he exam me nor ask for medical records. I was shocked. I have a very big scar on my back did he ever ask to see it NO!! One time he came in with a needle told me to run around and pull up my shirt. It took me 20 minuted just to stand up straight. I have had shots before never had a doctor give me a shot in my back with metal in my back without a x-ray to guide him. This man needs to be put out of business NOW Who do I call some one in Springfield or the Mel rose Park police Please someone help me I need to run this man out of town

Do to the finance trouble my family and I have been in the last year he was one of the only doctors that would give the time and care my family needed. Dr. G is very nice and friendly. The nurses are outstanding. The secretarial staff are horrible. I have never met a such a mean staff of girls. They are rude and nasty and do not want to even give you the time of day. Did it occur to any of them your not there because you want to be, you're there because you have to be. Right now I've had to call for another appointment and so far I've been on hold for 5minutes and 45 seconds without anyone even so much as getting back on the phone. I work for doctors and if I treated any patient the way they do, I'd have been fired. After this follow up, I will never return to this facility.

this is where i go to the doctor at, they are very nice, accept my insurance, there is more than one doctor there so if you need to get in in an emergency there is always a doctor who can see you, they work out of the hospital in melrose park also and have long hours and some evening appointments, this office is also bilingual which in this area is a nessissicty
