I would not recommend Sbarro in Fairview Heights...There is a 30 minute hold time on pizza and believe me the Manager leaves the pizza up there as long as he can, from open at 11am til close if he can pass it off...the only time you can get fresh pizza is at opening or if they are busy and they are running out of pizza...their steam table items hmmmmm even if you ask...they will lie...if it is from the day before...and heaven forbid if you can get a napkin, fork, bag or a box....it's like pulling teeth and make sure you ate there or you will get the 3rd degree...their Moto is "wrap it in foil and get out of here" and then the intimidation from the Manager...The Big Bald Black man...ooooohhhh soooo scary...he is not only rude but uneducated...the sign on the register says, "condiments on request"...tell me what are condiments??? ketchup, mayo...mustard...oh i'm sorry they put that up so you can ask for a fork or knife...can someone please let them know what a condiment is and what plastic ware is...what is this world coming to...how about the business owners??? don't they realize with the right educated people visiting their establishment, they will be in trouble...guess they are lucky it's just fairview heights and there is a shortish of educated people in the area...oh by the way can someone please tell them that pizza crust and bottom of the pizza should be a crispy golden brown and not white and doughy...they have been in business for about 30 years, I am seriously amazed...send these people to New York to see a real pizza...guess Illinois residents just don't know the difference so it's ok...Great....

along with most other I love me some pizza from sbarros. I don't recommend anything besides the pizza. This is one of my requirements everytime I go to the mall. Usually there is a good line but it goes down quick.

I eat at Sbarros almost every time I go to the mall. Their pizza is always good, and their salads are flavorful as they should be. Their slices of pizza are fairly big too, so a slice of pizza and a side is plenty for a good-sized meal.
