Gamestop

I have always enjoyed a good video game, but with today's newest game systems affording them can be problematic. I've now purchased 2 or 3 games from EB and have been very pleased. The staff is quite knowledgeable and willing to share their own personally recommendations. I would highly suggest this store for anyone looking for good games at value prices.

At this store you can check out all the latest games, trade in all your old ones, and browse at leisure. I go here every Saturday with my 12 year old who lives for Halo and other games. Its a great place for kids. The staff are really in touch with their games and know everything about their products. You can also pre order games and systems here but beware that they do not hold games for long even if you pay for them. There is a parking garage and the movie theatre nearby but otherwise, parking isnt easy. Makes a great place to kill time before a movie. You also can get preplayed and other fantastic deals on games of all ratings. Definitely worth checking out!

PROS: Wide wide selection of games and prices
CONS: Pre ordering can be tricky!

I was so impressed with the huge selection of merchandise that EB Games had on their floor. There were BINS of very reasonably-priced previously-owned games, and every wall was crammed with brand new games. I mean, there were hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of games!
I was so thrilled when I found the game I had been looking for for less than $20! I mean, it was SHOCKING! And it was NEW! I could understand if the game was old, or it was given a really poor rating, but it was a considerably new game, and it got a 4-star rating under the strategy catagory. It was $16.95. I obviously bought it immediately, along with two other cool strategy games. I bought 3 games and didn't even spend $50!
I would recommend EB Games in Evanston, IL to ANYONE who is looking for a good game for a GREAT price! They are bound to have something that you'll like! And the best thing is, they have A LOT of locations, too! Look 'em up!

PROS: HUGE variety, friendly salespeople, fun environment
CONS: Ummm... none, actually!
