Aladdin's strives to lead the way in serving healthy, nutritious Lebanese/American food in a relaxed atmosphere with superior service. We feature distinctive rolled pita sandwiches and "Pitza's" made with homemade pita bread. The bread contains no fat, cholesterol, oil and no preservatives are used. Over seventy menu items are Vegetarian or Vegan and imported olive oil is used for both homemade salad dressings and saute's. In addition to the best tasting Lebanese/American food, Aladdin's also offer the unique "Smoothies," a tantalizing blend of fresh fruits and juices. Good tasting, high quality and exciting meals are only the beginning. The menu also features a wide variety of meals suitable for Gluten Free, Diabetic and Heart healthy diets.

There's a review from the Chicago Tribune (I think) pinned to the wall giving Aladdin's high marks. Meh. I give this place another six months. Both times I've been in it's taken about 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I'm not ordering a dinner platter, just a falafel sandwich, yet it takes forever. I think most people skip this place and go to the chain eateries on either side of this restaurant. Anyway, the sandwiches never tasted very good.

Shawarma Heaven

by Ambrish

Among my favorite spots in the whole city. I feel very comfortable going here just about any time of the year. They have outdoor seating throughout summer which is perfect for getting early dinner and drinks. They do serve alcohol. Their food has been consistently excellent over the last 5 years that I have eaten there. They make an excellent Chicken Shawarma Roll. My favorites have been that, the Baba Ghanouj, Falafel, the Jasmine's Special (rice and vegetables lightly spiced and topped with meat of your choice) and their Fresh Raw Juice Combos and Smoothies. It's a very friendly atmosphere and even though their service is sometimes a little stretched, they more than make up for it with their consistently delicious food. For the demanding eaters out there, their tableware is always spotless and their restaurant is very clean (including the restroom). I would recommend Aladdin's highly for that lazy afternoon lunch

Pros: Consistently Good Food, Inexpensive, Variety of meats, very clean tableware.

Cons: Scarce Street Parking, High Traffic Intersection

i can't say enough great things about this place. the service, for the most part, is great. the food is beyond delish. i've only had the falaffel salad and the tuna steak salad b/c i can't break myself away from the great creamy dressing. my boyfriend usually has a falaffel or some sort of sandwich which he craves too. the place is an amazing value. two can eat for way under $20. the special drinks look great too. i plan on trying one next time!
