Villa Di Roma

I ate at Villa Di Roma, it was my first time. Me & my boyfriend were the only ones in the dining room. There were flies everywhere. Two of them flew into my boyfriends food. One died and we had to dig it out. When I asked for a new plate of food or to be reimbursed, I was called a liar and told I brought the fly in. I then said I didn't think I should pay for it, and the mean woman working there called the police on me. I was not mean or disrespectful until that point and then became upset. I finally got reimbursed after the police & owner showed up. There is a female working there named Maria who was the nastiest individual I have ever encountered.

Villa Di Roma- located on 11th Street and Harrison could be one of Rockford's best-kept secrets!!! It boasts a small but neat and clean dining area, a warm- family friendly environment and pizza that is a true Italian delight!!! My favorite thing about Villa must be the extremely unique breadsticks- for only $2 an order you will find yourself enjoying this twisted little breadsticks that will make you wonder why you didn't order two!

We ordered a couple of pizzas from there and found a hair, which wouldn't be a big problem, but when we called and spoke to the owner he accused us of being liars. We brought the pizzas back to him, and after seeing the hair was baked into the crust, he still called us liars and said that no one who worked there had that kind of hair. Only after much fighting and accusations of being liars, did we finally get our money back. They have the worse customer service I have ever encountered.

I love Villa di Roma! I get it often because it is delicious and inexpensive. I usually get delivery, as they are quick, but I like to eat there sometimes too. The restaurant is very cool, kind of like an old castle or something. The staff is great too, and havebeenvery helpful to me. I took my softball team there on a few occasions and they were always very accomadating to my girls.

What can I say..........if you got the muchies after a late night, check out Villa di Roma. There doesn't ever seem to be a lot of people at the restraunt and i have always wondered why. They make an awsome pizza and there open late.......unlike wendy's
