I first started business with this dealer in 2010, when I leased a 2010 Nissan Sentra from them. My lease on the Sentra was coming due and I was ready for a new car. M'lady had taken care of me with my first car and I knew they would do the same with my new car, which is why I decided to keep my business with M'lady. Geoff was the salesman I worked with from start to finish. I am a college student and I was on a tight budget. Geoff was understanding of this. He got me out of my lease on the Sentra a few months early and gave me an AMAZING deal on a 2013 Rogue S special edition FWD. Geoff had called me earlier in the week to let me know they could get me out of my lease early and I explained that I would be in if I got the job I was interviewing for. When I walked into the dealership and said my name, Geoff immediately knew who I was and asked how my interview went. I have never met a car salesman who cares as much as Geoff does. I highly recommend this dealer and Geoff, Mir, Yaseen, and Betty Jo. My business and referrals will remain with M'lady Nissan!! I love my new Rogue!!!
A few weeks ago I decided that the used car I had would probably not get me through the winter because it was in need of some repairs. So not wanting to put any more money into the car I decided to start looking for a used SUV. I did my research online to see what the local Dealers were offering. I found 2 dealerships that had what I was looking for a Nissan Rogue. The first dealership I felt pressured as soon as I walked in they even felt it was silly for me to drive 1 1/2 hr from Naperville to Crystal Springs but if I can get a good deal distance is not a problem. At M'Lady Nissan I felt no pressure at all. They showed me the SUV I called about, let me test drive it then I sat down with my Sales Consultant Jimmy Kaiser who was simple a Joy to work with he made me feel very comfortable throughout the negotiating process and as I said no pressure. He sat and talked with me and my son throughout the entire wait time. I walked out with a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Thanks, Jimmy and Tom Gilhooly the Sales Manager also for helping to make this Car buying experience pleasant.
I went to M'lady for an oil change and ended up browsing around with Sean one of their sales people, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They have some of the best deals around! If you want someone polite, honest, and genuine to work with sales in a new or used car Sean is your guy. Jim B. was great with getting the financing that I wanted even though it was still my first time financing a car and have new credit. Jim called place after place seeing if I could get approved and found me the best interest rate. I had no idea that when he worked his magic he could get me such a good rate! Yaseen made the paperwork so easy, he even made my husband comfortable with our new vehicle. Last but definitely not least Betty Jo made sure anything that I bought was the best deal I could get. Her and Sean were so polite, they made sure that the process was smooth and I was comfortable the whole time I was there. Everyone at M'lady takes care of you like family. I couldn't have asked for an easier purchase.
The only thing negative I could say is that I was there for a very long time but it did result in a great new Nissan Sentra in my garage. Jimmy, Geoff and Betty Jo were very helpful as were the sales managers at making a deal happen at I price I was confortable with in the end. They were even very understanding when I had to return as I forgot my house keys on my trade in key chain. Top notch place with fantastic customer service!
They were great to work with. It was my first time buying a car on my own so I was a little apprehensive. We went in knowing exactly what we were looking for and Jordan was amazing. He was extremely friendly and made me feel very calm instead of nervous and apprehensive. He wasn't that pushy salesman that I had been imagining. He found exactly what we wanted and needed and went over many different packages/ models. Jordan was also able to negotiate the price that was better than I expected! My overall experience was amazing from start to finish!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM M'LADY NISSAN!!! They are dishonest, hide extra charges, don't keep their promises, and when you call to complain, they don't return your calls. Beware: the good reviews that you read are likely from buyers who were duped into writing reviews by M'Lady staff telling them they could be randomly chosen (by them) to win a $250 prize if they write reviews (they even give their buyers a list of websites on which to leave feedback).
Here's my story: after making a deal for a certain price "out the door, with taxes, title, license and everything" on my Sentra, I subsequently received a bill for additional taxes that the dealership had not paid. I made several attempts to talk to a sales manager or general manager (with no call back) and then I asked to speak to the owner (but I was denied). Finally, I wrote a letter to Jim M'Lady, the owner, to complain about my bad experience with his dealership and asked him to call me. Jim did call, but he said my "out the door" price did not include the taxes for which I was later billed, even though I had specified "with taxes...and everything". During our talk, Jim revealed that other buyers had also complained about the additional taxes, but he still refused to do anything about it.
When I brought up the issue of hidden charges (which I had also included in my letter) he said "we're not talking about that; we're talking about the taxes"--apparently, he didn't even want to address that problem.
The only positive thing I can say is that our salesman was friendly, but I learned that he is no longer with the dealership. (Hmmm...)
BAD, BAD, BAD. If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do NOT do business with M'Lady Nissan!
I was not the typical car customer, as in I didn't actually 'want' to buy a car, yet I 'needed' to. I shopped around for over two months -- having my fair share of unfortunate sleezy dealer experiences -- before ending up at M'Lady. It was there that I not only found a most suitable car, but also a dedicated team of people who I felt comfortable enough with to make a deal. I am SO glad to have the car I need, and to have had the customer-service that I did.
We purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue today (3/31/12) and had an excellent experience with Taso Koumandarakis and M'lady. They gave us an exceptional price that other dealers couldn't beat (yes, we did a lot of due diligence prior to buying) and in return we got a great car with more features than what we bargained for. As a matter of fact, we got such a great deal that my mother-in-law came back and bought the same car the same day! I very highly recommend Taso and M'lady Nissan in Crystal Lake.
This dealership exceeded my expectations.VERY PROFESSIONAL. I called beforehand to see if they had the vehicle I was looking to buy,and indeed they did,in 4 different colors! With such a large selection after visiting 3 other dealerships,I went to M'Lady. I was greeted immediately by Robert G. who was very respectful in helping me explore all my options. In the end he helped me get a great price on a Nissan Rogue. The salesman greeted us promptly upon our arrival and called to verify our appointment the morning of. Mr. Gihooly was a breath of fresh air to work with in getting a deal to fit our needs and maintaining the monthly payment within our means. What impressed us the most was not having to do all the haggling and going back and forth that happens normally. We were given a price which was too much and Mr. Gihooly came back with a deal we could live with. In 45 years this is only the second time I can say I didn't leave the dealership witha bitter taste in my mouth. And we have bought many cars.
I had the great opportunity to purchase a car from M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL. it couldn't be easier. I had been shopping and took a chance and called M'Lady, they had the car I was interested in and at the price I could afford. I know this sounds like a commercial but it's the truth. I just got a 2011 Nissan Altima and the whole dealership experience was great. Everyone from the sales man that helped me to the managers and especially Betty Jo. Betty Jo was wonderful and really caring, she made me feel very comfortable with the whole process of getting a new car. Yaseen was very helpful also with any questions I had. I have and will be recommending this dealership to every one I know. I plan to keep on doing business with them in the future!!
My family has been going to them for years... We absolutely love them! I brought my prevoius car in for service and ended up leaving with a new car.... my first purchase ever, but the 4th car someone in my family has purchased from M'Lady. I started out just looking at what was currently available. Sebastian was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient with my questions and ignorance about cars. He worked with me to get the color and features I was looking for (he didn't get frustrated by my stubbornness to absolutely NO white or red) and got me a great rate (one that I honestly never would've expected... being a recent college graduate definitely helped). Bettie Jo was so wonderful to me, knowing that I am a young, first-time buyer... I wish she would've been a school teacher of mine growing up. Love her! Scott in finance was equally helpful answering my questions and even getting back to me quickly when I called later that evening a little bit nervous with a few more questions... definitely appreciated. The service guys are WONDERFUL... I had been taking my other car to them before and they were definitely a huge deciding factor in going with them again. Love love love love love M'Lady!
We bought a Maxima last night and our salesman, Yaseen was great. He was laid back and did not try to push into a new car. Mir, the manager was flexible and helped to get us the best price to fit our needs. Betty Jo, the customer service rep was absolutely a delight to work with! She has such a hospitable approach to making sure that you are well taken care of! Lastly, Brian, in the finance department, made it quick, yet efficient while signing of our papers.
OUTSTANDING! Having never purchased a brand new car, I was worried about the possible pushy salesman types and nickle-and- dime- you out the door hassles... M'Lady (happily) missed that day at car dealership school! :) We came back to test drive on 3 separate occasions and each time were treated with warmth, patience and knowledgeable service without pressure to buy. They skip the pressure because they know they will give you the best price on the car you want. period. Buy your car here and skip the BS elsewhere.
I've been shopping around for a Nissan on-line at various locations in the Chicagoland area. I received a internet price quote from Pati that beat out any of the other dealerships. When I went to M'Lady Nissan, Yaseen greeted my husband and I and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. Not once, did they try to change the quoted price, but instead just made us feel like we were making the right choice of cars. Betty Jo and Bryan were also very helpful when informing us about warranties and financing. This is a great dealership!
Nissan was one that was worth the trip. I live in Rockford, Ill, and having to drive to Crystal Lake was about a 2 hour drive. When we got there Johnny, came up to us and he had a great attitude, it was labor day weekend and they were having a cook out. We looked at a couple cars first, took some out for a test drive. And with that we went inside to talk about prices and coverages. My dad was giving Johnny a hard time but Johnny was patient and very nice about the situation. Finally after what felt like hours of talk, we decided on a car and a good price for the car we chose. We went in to talk to Betty Jo (customer service) she was a real treat, very polite and funny. At last in with the Finance manger Scott, also very polite and patient with my parents, who are Non-English speaking Hispanics, very good at pausing so I could translate to my parents everything. After signing off all the papers required, we headed outside to the cook out, we had some hot dogs with chips, cookies, and pop. Very good overall experience.

I had a GREAT experiance there. They were very patient and friendly. I worked with Ray and Betty Lee. I spent almost 6 hours there with not knowing what I really wanted and I had a specific price range that I wanted to stay in. After running numbers on all the car's I test drove I finally found the car that was right for me. After that I went to see Betty Lee and let me tell you that lady is GREAT!!!! She got me remote start without having my payments go up too much. She was extreamly friendly and a very giving person. We got to talking and I found out that she Relays and I do too. So this year I am adding her to my list of friends and family that Relay for Life for!

Jim M'Lady Nissan is the only place I take my cars for service. Ken Franchek is the most professional and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever dealt with. After buying 7 cars over a 17-year period, some new and some used, I can??t imagine having my cars?? service done anywhere else.

Liked the folks of M'Lady Nissan so much we've leased our second vehicle from them within 12mths. Sales team (Pat, Abe & all the others) couldn't help enough, allowing us to drive whatever vehicle we wanted (even driving some more than once) & giving us a brand new vehicle on loan for 24hrs to evaluate. Finance team of Bryan & Betty Jo were the best & still remembered us even after 12mths. Was like catching up with old friends. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle we got & the deal we ended up with. If we need a third vehicle, it'll be a Nissan from M'Lady.
2011 Nissan Maxima SV - Well equiped... I have been to M'Lady now for five separate cars and wouldn't go back if I didn't feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I have either purchased or leased two Muranos, a Quest and now my second Maxima! I have dealt with Scott M'Lady a couple of times now along with Tom and Mir the sales managers and have always felt that it is without the normal stress and axiety that can come with buying a car. Once I left the sales floor this past trip, I met Betty Jo who was really pleasant and easy to deal with while she talked to me about some additional options I could put on the car. Finally, Bryan in finance sealed everything up (again) for me and I was on my way in just a couple hours with another very good experience. I keep telling myself I'll get another make / model of vehicle but I have found that Nissan's themselves are extremely reliable and appealing to me and this particular dealership is one that I would recommend to anyone. Great Job once again!!!
2011 Nissan Maxima fully loaded! I have been looking for this car for my wife, we went everywhere looking for the best price. my father in law recommended us to go to M'Lady Nissan. I got an internet quote and it was right on par with what we wanted. Scott helped us with everything no bull and no hassle, just straight down to business. We ended up buying our car for about $1200 less than any other dealership around. I was to be sincere in shock that the price they quoted was the actual price! everyone else gives you a quote with every imaginable rebate available then say you wont qualify therefore increasing the vehicles price. Overall we had a great experienced with them, my father in law was right.
Horrible. They sent us an internet quote and assured us over the phone that the price was valid and that the car was in stock. We drove 45 minutes to the dealership only to find out that there was no such car in stock and the price was only available to military personnel that recently graduated from college? Hello?? I asked the sales manager how he could quote such a price in good faith and have us drive all that way. He blamed it on Nissan and claimed that all of the dealerships do it. I asked him how many customers actually qualify for the price and he said "less than 5%". Then he told me that 95% of his customers end up paying $1500 more than the internet quote sent to them by M'Lady Nissan. Amazing. He was just honest enough to admit how he was taking advantage of his customers. Stay away. Unethical sales practices with genuine lack of respect for their customers.
Scott was very helpful and made sure the vehicle we purchased had all of the amenities we wanted. M'Lady Nissan is conveniently located and the staff there including Betty Jo and Bryan were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We walked out of there with the car we wanted at a price we could live with.

I was there for about 3 hours, which I thought would be a little shorter-but at the end of this time I got to drive my new car home from the dealership. I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at M'Lady. It started with Bob (sales) whom was very consistent in calling me after I made an online inquiry. I never returned his call but due to his persistence; I decided to visit him when I wanted to start test driving. That and the fact that their dealership had the most Jukes in stock. Bob treated me with nothing but respect throughout the long process of driving cars and a couple hours of indecisiveness. Tom was very straight forward when negotiating prices. I felt like he was honest; he showed us the numbers; no tricks or gimmicks, no hidden costs. Betty Jo was a sweetheart. She did her job of upselling a few items but when I wasn't interested; there was no uneccesary pressure. The paperwork process with Bryan was simple and quick. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. What more could I ask for? My experience with M'Lady was fantastic!!
Let's face it, many people complain about buying a car....you can never get everything you want but at M'Lady got pretty darn close. Scott and Mir were easy to deal with and never made me feel like I was getting ripped off. Scott was able to find us what we were looking for and fit our budget. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and would recommend Scott and the rest of the staff at M'Lady.
I contacted 7 dealers to get the best price on a Rogue. Patrick Tate came in with the lowest price and honored that price without playing any stupid car salesman games. His approach was straightforward and it represented the shortest path to getting a deal done. Patrick provided good communication as he searched for the vehicle I wanted. When I came to pick up the car, there were no surprise fees introduced into the final bill. I reiterated to Betty Jo in Customer Relations the high level of satisfaction with my experience at M'Lady.
Mir was nice. Kenny G. and Betty were amazing and caring salespeople. They treated me like their own child. Kenny even taught me to drive manual before I decided to buy my 2011 Sentra!
