We enrolled our daughter at 10 weeks at Land of Learning, and we are very happy with her care. She has since moved into other rooms, and we are equally as pleased with those rooms. \r

My husband and I chose this center after glowing recommendations from friends who have taken multiple children. Additionally the lactation consultant from the local hospital used to take her children to Jamie when she just ran in home and she recommended the center as well. Overall we have been very impressed. Our daughter loves to go there and see her teachers and the other children. We love that it is clean and kept up well, which is more than I can say for other centers in the area. I understand what some people say about Chelon's attitude, but I think that is because she is just kind of an abrupt person sometimes. I have never gotten that feeling from Jamie. Unfortunately everyone is different and sometimes all personalities just don't click with each other. For example, I love most of my daughters teachers but occasionally there is one who is just not too outgoing, that doesn't mean they treat my child badly.

My infant loved attending Land of Learning. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and safe, and it was well-run all around. The directors were very helpful and understanding. I had no problems at all with Land of Learning. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The only reason my son is not still attending is because my spouse was laid off, and is staying home with our child.

Although I am not a parent myself I have worked here, and have known many children I used to babysit that now attend here. I have been with this company even before they moved to their new beautiful building in sycamore. They are good people and know what they are doing. I see kids running in from the playground with smiles on their faces and always a great craft to take home to mom and dad. If their are problems they address them quickly and efficiently. Chelon and Jamie are great care givers and the teachers make sure your child is engaged and comfortable throughout the day.

My child has been attending the Land of Learning for over a year. I haven't run into a problem with the rule of arriving prior to 9.30 as I have to be to work much earlier than that, but I do know that parents were given ample warning to the policy change. I have been impressed with the communication among the parents, teachers, and directors. When policies change, parents are given fair warning, and the classrooms have monthly updates about information regarding the children's play activities, learning tools, and the children's' milestones, celebrating their growth. As for the experiences with the directors, when I have addressed any problems with the directors, I have been treated with respect and my problems dealt with promptly. And since I firmly believe that young children learn best through play, I have been impressed with the many play opportunities offered through the daycare. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone, and I do often.

This is a great daycare and my daughter loves it! They have a nice facility and caring staff. The directors are well expericed with child care and worked hard to provide a great program. My little one has been there for over an year and she had learned so much! I have recommended this place to my friends and they love it, too.

This center is new, and in many ways, that's a good thing. The rooms are colorful and bright, the toys are still fresh and new, the drive to do well is still alive...and the owner is an experienced daycare provider who works hard and knows children. They just need to get the routine down. Once they get a little time and experience under their belt, this will be an even better child care center. The staff seem caring and want to work with children. I wish them luck.
