Dr. Frayn is concerned about his patients' dental health and general comfort. He explains problems he finds after careful examination and discusses the best ways to fix or correct the problem(s) before proceeding. He is up front about fees and offers alternative ways to pay if insurance does not cover costs. Fees and costs are reasonable; insurance payments are determined online while patient is in the office. His assistants are pleasant and professional. It may be 4 weeks before he can schedule an appointment, but there is almost no waiting time for patients who arrive on time. He reserves time each day for emergencies.
Dr. Frayn's office decor is cheerful and calming. His one-man practice is in a well-kept, single-story building on a main commercial street that runs through a residential neighborhood. Parking usually is easy to find within a half-block of the entrance.
