Daddios

I went to Daddios saturday october 24, 2009. I paid a 5 dollar cover to get in. I was Designated driver that night for the group of friends I was with. I was there about 10 minutes and was thirsty so I went to the bar and asked for a glass of ice water. The bartender, Which I later learned was the manager, told me he doesn't give glasses of ice water out and that if I was thirsty then I would have to buy a bottle of water. I don't drink just any bottled water. I am very choosy when it comes to brand. So I said " I'm DD tonight. Theres no way at all I can get just a glass of tap water with ice in it?". Your manager then got crappy with me , put a glass on the counter and said "Here go to the bathroom and get your tap water." I then asked another bartender for the manager. To my shock the guy who was acting like a jerk was the manager. I then asked one of the bouncers at the door if he was really the manager and he said "yes". I replied "Well he's an a**hole and managers don't treat customers that way." I then decided to go outside to cool off and blow it off. When me and my fiancee went to go back in the bouncer jumped in front of me and said I was not allowed back in. I was shocked that this so called manager would kick me out because I wanted water and said he acted like an a**hole. I then asked for my money back since I didn't even get to see the band and was told no. I am really appalled that any business would be run that way.

Always lots of live music going on here. Drink specials and location make this a popular spot. The music is usually decent and never real bad. Overall, it's a good laid back place to hang.
