In reguards to the Camaro below: said steering repairs were reccomended to the customer and "Ted" declined them. I just want to keep the records clear. Anybody lacking a spine can slander someone on the internet, but I feel Woodfield Chevrolet does a great job, especially when dealing with whining/complaining vehicle owners.

Service work done is half-assed and they don't accept any responsibility for getting your car fixed properly. I had taken the car to be fixed and they replaced the tie rods and left the steering unit untouched. 3 weeks later the entire steering system was ready to fail because they did not fix the steering unit which they knew was defective on the first visit. They accepted no responsibility since the mechanic stated that he did not know how long the steering would last before failing. Their job is to make sure the vehicle is safe when it is picked up. Don't count on that from this dealer.

My friend was looking for a Caddilac STS and saw one at Woodfield Chevrolet. They have a nice size lot for used cars and my friend and i test drove the car. The salesman was very funny and never did we felt pressured or cornered. My friend got a very good deal and they even threw in a small warranty for the vehicle. They even gave him brand new tires and chrome wheels. My friend was very happy with the purchase and would go back to purchase a car again at Woodfield Chevrolet if need so.
My Camaro had some warranty work and i brought it to Woodfield Chevrolet. They did a great job in diagnosing my transmission needed replacement. They had my car for 3 days and when I got it back, the slipping was gone and 45,000 miles later it's still strong. Their service facility was very clean although their service consultant didn't seem very friendly. Possibly due to the fact they were very busy the day I brought my car. Good place if you need warranty work on your Chevrolet.
