My name is Josie Paul-Emile. On October 8, 2009 at 6:38pm I came into your establishment and purchased (1) whopper (1) whopper w/cheese no lettuce (1) whopper jr (1) chicken sandwich (2) fries (2) onion rings and (3) apple pies. When my order was ready I browse thought the bag and noticed my whopper Jr was not in the bag and they gave it to me. It wasn't until I got home that I I realized that my (3) apple pies were not in the bag and at the moment I don't have a car and did not feel like having the catch the bus again to Burger King to go get my apple pies which should have already been in the bag with the rest of my order that I did pay for. I hope that someone r whose reading this complaint and really pays attention to this because I'm sure I am not the only customer that that has happened to. I really hope that in the future you tell your employees to make sure what the customer orders and pays for should be in the bag. Trust no one wants to go back to the same restaurant to pick up something that your employees forgot to put in the bag especially after the items were paid for.
