Message from Tizi Melloul
Mediterranean Restaurant + Lounge
Tizi is a dramatic escape into a luxurious Mediterranean culture. The moment you enter, you'll notice the rich color scheme that exudes decadence with crimson hues overflowing throughout. Elegant tapestries drape the interior walls, enveloping the dining room with charm. This sets the stage for a bold menu, executed with masterful creativity. To start, the crowd favorite is the fire-roasted Prince Edward Island mussels. Other favorites include the roasted free-range chicken with polenta, & the grilled jumbo ribeye with sundried tomato.
Every Sunday evening, you can experience Middle-Eastern culture with exclusive belly dancing shows, held in the Crescent Room. This intimate circular room seats up to 25, serves as the perfect place to watch the entertainment. It's also a popular place to host private parties, complete with personalized menus & service to impress your guests.

nice decor
I have actually only been here for drinks and socializing after hours so I can't comment on the food, but it's a cool place to hang out. The decor is just lovely.

Exotic
When you step into this restaurant, its like you're walking into another world. The decor reminds me of arabian nights. As for food, their stews are fantastic on those cold winter days.

Nice place
The dinner we had was great! The flavors exploded in your mouth! I didn't expect this from Tizi, I have been here in the past (4 years ago)and was skeptical to come back--boy am I glad I did! The service was ok but the food and atmosphere will bring me back!!!

Fun Place
Went in for dinner last week and we had a blast! The room was beautiful, and the food was amazing. Service was fine, very attentive and friendly. My friends and I all had different dishes from apps to entrees and we were not disappointed! The pear salad, fantastic!!! We can't wait to go back!!

The Worst Restaurant and the Worst Service !!!!!
Before i start i would like to tell everyone that i am a chef and i know a whole lot about food, menus, ethnic food, etc... I dined with my friends last week at this restaurant and i have to say that it is one of the WORST by far. The food has nothing to do with Morocco AT ALL (I have been to Morocco 3 times and i know what i am talking about). It is French influenced; petite, very tiny plates and they charge a lot for it. I couldnt believe my eyes when i got my dish that cost me $25. It was so small i left the restaurant so hungry and not satisfied. The waitress was soooo fake and could care less about what we ordered. The taste of every thing we ordered was so bland, no taste what so ever. The executive chef and the sous chef are both American and have nothing to do with Moroccan or Middle Eastern food. They think by providing good presentation and tiny plates they could earn respect but hell no. To top it off, i was charged $10 extra for no reason what so ever!!! I had to call and argue with the stupid owner to cancel this charge. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Please do your self a big favor and DO NOT GO THERE. Again this is one of the worst food and service i have tried in many years. All my friends chefs that were with me agree 100% to what i am telling every one here.
Pros: nothing
Cons: nothing

My Best Dining Experience So Far
If you go to restaurants for a unique dining experience, this is a place to go. The food is absoluely top notch and the menu selections are ambitious. The kitchen is able to accomodate for vegetarians and customers with specific food allergies. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The setting is very exotis which adds to the uniqueness of the outfit.
Pros: FOOD! Service, too.
Cons: If you don't like very loud places, you might try it outside of their busiest hours

Great customer service, horrible food!
I went on my 30th birthday with a group of about 25 people. Had a great time!! We had the cresent room which is very beautiful!! The ambiance was just right. The lighting was dimmed and romantic, seating was a little uncomfortable because they sit very low. And although the customer service was exceptional, the food was terrible! It's served family-style which is great but I was not impressed with the taste. The cresent room has its own menu so you can not choose from the other foods Tizi has to offer. Actually, I was a little embarrassed after tasting my dinner, I looked around to my guests and just about everyone had an unpleased look on their faces as they ate. The mussels and the Marlin fish was okay but the rest of it was terrible. Other than that, Tizi Melloul is a wonderful place for the ambiance. Great service, bad food! Loved the Huka pipes!!!
Pros: Ambiance, service
Cons: Food, price
