Pep Boys

My experience with Pep Boys was some terrible! They have several workers that are unpleasant and rip offs. Pep Boys had my car for at least a week and still could not repair after being told they could. They also detached parts in my car and did not reconnect. I had to hire another mechanic to get my car running in good order. Bottom line I was told my car needed an alternator because my car would shut off while in motion time to time. They insisted that I needed an alternator. After replacing alternator, the car continued to give me the same problem. They did not want to refund my money, I was livid and plan on not ever going back or recommending them whatsoever!!!

I took my car in for a wheel aligment at 2p on a Saturday. I was told that there were two cars ahead of me, though I seen that there were a waiting room full of people. After giving the rep my info, I sat and waited for nearly three hours. It was only after I went to the service desk I was advised that I needed two new tires and a tie rod. I was told that they tried to contact me by cell phone and overhead page which was a lie because I had my cell phone in my hand the majority of the time and was in the waiting room. I agreed to getting the two new tires and was told that a service person was in the process of putting them on. I noticed after another 30 minutes (by this time it was 6:30p) my car still was not in the service room. Everyone including the people who came in after me were gone. I went back to the service desk to decline on the tires when I seen my car finally go in. When everything was done (about 7:15pm) they didn't even want to accommodate for the long wait and not informing me what was going on. The reps had a bad attitude! I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE

Quick oil change service.
Its the only store where you can see quick oil changes, they have a good raport with their customers. At times they replace wiper blades for free of cost and also free vacum for the car mats!!!
