Tango Sur

If you are a red meat eater, I suggest the steak. The Argentinians get is right!!! My dad took me here once for my birthday and it was soooo good. It was small and loud, but I'd say its worth it on a special occasion.

It's very romantic, that is probably the best thing about Tango Sur. The food was mediocre (they served stale bread) and not that cheap. And of course parking was a beast given the area. I would not recommend it.

Service was average. If you like great, marinated steaks than Tango Sur is for youthey'll call you on your cell phone when your tables ready so you can head down the street to one of the bars or go select some wine at the Dominick's.

This tiny restaurant is a jewel, frequented by Latin Americans (very authentic). If you are a vegetarian, however, this is not the place for you. The accent here is on the beef...more than you can possibly eat at one meal (but great leftovers the next day). Side dishes are simple but good. Go when you really have that craving for meat, and you won't be disappointed. Great waitstaff too.

PROS: excellent preparation of meat and simple side dishes
CONS: small restaurant and even smaller outside seating
