I got through by phone in only about 2 min. Once they picked up they were able to check their inventory and put an item on hold for me under my name. I am not displeased by their phone service.

Dont call over the phone!!

Do not try calling over the phone. You will never get through. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing. Finally got a hold of somone after 20 minutes and had them transfer me to car audio, and there I also waited another 10. Horrible customer service at least over the phone.

Great place to shop for electronics

This place is a great place to shop for electronics, with nice customer service representatives beyond the desk. They answer any of the questions. Good store.

They have all electronics you can think of. The good thing is taht they are cheaper than others sometimes. The bad thing is they show their colors when you go and try doing a price match with them. You have to wait for all kinds of people checking if what you are asking is legititimate etc...
PROS: Good variety of products to choose from
CONS: Dont bother to PM if you dont want to wait in their checkout line

The workers at Best Buy are always willing to help customers out. Best Buy has a pretty large variety of music. They offer more on line. They also offer price matching. All customers need to do is to bring in the ad and Best Buy will meet the price. I have does this on several occasions and have never had a problem doing so.
PROS: Price Matching
CONS: Not always knowledgable about prducts

Best Buy is a great place to buy all your electronic needs. They have pretty much any electronic one might need at great prices. The employees are somewhat helpful but may get pushy due to the pressure of commision. Otherwise when they get sales, their products are cheap and are a great buy!

Employee experience is bad, this roles over to the customer experience. The management is poor. I would stay away from this place and Best Buy as a whole!!
Pros: the only electronic store around
Cons: The Management, esp. the General Manager.
