My husband purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima last year. This was his second. He wanted me to purchase a 350z and so we contacted
Al Piemonte Nissan, 1600 West North Avenue, Melrose Park, IL 60160 on April 24th in the afternoon and told them we were 4 hours away (8 hours drive total) and wanted to see one they had available. We texted with salesperson Ron Hayes throughout the long trip and sent him my Mercedes ml350 VIN number so that the trade-in process could be expedited. After arriving we found out that the vehicle had been sold before we even called earlier that morning. The manager (he did not introduce himself so I do not know his name) said that everyone makes mistakes and offered us no vehicle to even look at. His lack of problem solving was epic. I kept pressing him to show us some type of sporty Nissan but he said he had over 200 cars on his lot and could not possibly be expected to remember them all. I am sure there are close to 25 computers in that dealership facility. After much insistence he brought out a midsized Nissan and told me it was the same color and the one I wanted. When I went out in the rain to examine it the door would barely open. I tried again and it had obvious issues. This representation of Nissan automobiles did not even care enough to inspect their vehicles enough to see if the door functioned. At that point I was relieved the other car was gone so that we did not purchase a vehicle that was defective.

I brough a 2 tires about a yr ago still under warranty understood they will submit my claim they said it takes 8 wks , 8 wks ...they kept repeating it, it was repeated so many times I had to say yes I get it ! and I dont mind. So I brought a 1 new tire $164 nissan( lowest brand) They never did submitted the claim
Alex & Tom could not tell me why not, they just
stumble over words, Chris never called me back called twice he was in the eight weeks choir..
roadside asstnt advertisement states it only takes 30 days from the day receive the claim.
WHERE THE TIRE GUYS!!! NO CLAIM #, NO TRACKING #, NO PAPERWORK , THEY JUST SORRY.
