A to B Rental

I called 2 weeks in advance of my event to make reservations for tables and chairs and a guy that was the most rude person in the planet told me to send an email, i did and I called a week before the event again they said that there was no reservations on my name and they were out of chairs for that weekend. What kind of bussiness is this??? Would you trust a bussiness like that?? Don't even waste your time. Absolutely the worst.
