Where to begin.... Well I purchased a new car for my significant other's main usage. He selected the dealership as well as the car within a few days we noticed the AC stopped working and the Motor was not blowing. When going in to have it repaired my significant other realized he dropped some money in the car (it was already in the shop). So we inquired on going back to get the cash out. The employees in the service department informed us that we could not go back to look. They came back reporting to us that the money was not in the car. My other half was very upset and went without permission to look for himself. After he was asked to leave the area he continued to argue and become more upset with the situation... I asked again to check myself (after management was involved), they did accommodate my request and walked me back to look. Since he was in the passenger side the whole time I looked everywhere on that side... the front, the back the side pocket of the door everywhere!!! Nowhere was the money. The mechanic then advised maybe you want to check the driver's side. (Me thinking if it fell out of his pocket how would it get to the driver's side) but looked any way in hopes to find the missing money and defuse the situation. While I searched the driver's side the mechanic began searching the passenger??s seat and says "OH I FOUND IT" "IT WAS IN THIS POCKET HERE" ***Ok... so how would the money be there now after I had already checked that exact location but it was not there? And how in the world would money fall out of your pocket into the pocket of door??? The mechanic had pocketed the money but had to give it back after my other half became irate. Needless to say I already knew I did not want to come back. This was 10 days ago exactly. And just my luck we notice the AC is no longer blowing cold air. So I immediately contact them asking if they can see what??s going on. They advise that they can only get it in today between 3-4pm or next available day would be Tuesday. So I ask if I need to be the one that comes in as I work until 4:30pm today and would like it to get looked at as soon as possible as its been hot lately and I have to small kids. So this service rep. "BILL" asks me if it would be my significant other to bring in the car. I say yes and he asks me to hold.... He then places the phone down and I can hear a conversation between him another person... in this conversation Bill asks another person "Do we want to deal with the a*sho*e" "You know the raging bull" "Do we even want to deal with this today?" I unfortunately could not hear the responses from the person he was speaking with. Bill returns to the phone and polite as can be says Well I just have to double check that we have a certified AC Tech on staff so I??m going to put you on hold. This time he actually puts me on hold and I hear hold music. When Bill returned to the line he advises me that I would be the only person that can bring the car in. He goes on to tell me that the warrantee on the car does not cover the AC so payment could be needed. I then advised that they just fixed the AC and it had only been 10 days. He then advised that he would let me know if it is covered or if the fix would be more money when I come in. At this point I am upset that I have to miss work to take in my car that was just there 10 days ago to fix the same issue and on top of it be told that it would be possibly more money out of my pocket. So at this point I decide to let Bill know I heard his harsh and hurtful words with his co-worker. At that point I let him know that I understand that my significant other was irate and apologized for his behavior but he had no right to talk about him (A CUSTOMER) like that. Bill then told me that what I heard was not true that he did not make those statements. I then told Bill I heard them with my own ears that he represents a company and there should be standards they are kept to especially when it comes to dealing with customer's IRATE OR NOT. Bill then said I was welcome to bring my car in at any time to fix but my significant other is not... I??m am so upset and wish I never purchased this car from this lot. This Dodge facility should have been shut down with the other Dodge facilities that closed in the past years. So now they expect me to take MORE time off work to fix something they so called fixed 10 days ago and want me to know that it may be more money out of my pocket. Now what am I supposed to do? Trust a business that attempted to steal money out of my car, that is advising that I could be stuck with another bill to foot even though I just paid 10 days ago to have it fixed, called names and then lied to my face about what I overheard? What type of business does this?

I never thought I'd see myself drive a mini-van but here I am driving one. I turned in my SUV for bigger space in the back to put a wheelchair in without taking it apart.

We shopped around and ended up buying our van at Sunnyside. They had a great selection of the type of vehicle we were looking for and knew right away we wanted it.

Everyone knows what a pain it is to buy a car. You play that whole negotiating game, trade-in price, and hope to get a lower price that everyone is happy with. I did my homework and knew what I wanted when we went to the round table.

Our process didn't take too long, Sunnyside was easy to work with and I think most car sales folks are pretty pushy. Ours was not like that at all.

I haven't had any issue with my Dodge van, unless it was something that we did to it. I normally wouldn't bring my car to a dealer garage but I gave it a try and really liked their service and price. I've brought it back a couple more times for long trips and had them give me a overall checkup to make sure all was in tack.

I would recommend Sunnyside for both a purchase and to have the mechanics fix your car.
