I live in Peoria and i had been looking for a car for awhile now. Went online to see who would work with me. So Bob Brady Auto mall called me Shawn Woods was the sales person I worked with I was disappointed. I explaine to Shawn Prior to makeing a two hour trip that I keep getting turned down I even explaine why. He explaine to me that he was positive that he could put me in a car because they had "special lenders" that work with people in my situation. He even offered to pay for my gas cause he was just so sure. I had trust his word thats what upset me the most. I told him that i do have a down payment and trade and they still told me SORRY WE CAN"T DO NOTHING FOR YOU. so i will NEVER do this again. If you can't get help in your own town then most likley you won't get help out of town

Deceptive practices at best. If I could give them a negative star I would. I received a letter stating that I qualified for special financing due to my recent filing of bankruptcy. I called and spoke with Zamira and explained to her that my husband had passed away and I was needing to file bankruptcy due to high medical bills. She mentioned that the program that I qualifed for was put in place to help people in my exact position. I explained that I did not have money to put down, and that my bankruptcy had not been confirmed nor had it been discharged. She said that was fine and the financing was in place and all I needed to do was come in and finalize the paperwork. I was a little uneasy and phoned to talk to Jennifer the supposed finance manager who said that the information Zamira gave me was accurate and that they would more than likely be able to secure a lower finance rate. So I drove the 3.5 hours to Decatur only to be told by Shawn (I think he was my salesman, not sure though) that my financing HAD NOT BEEN SECURED and the bank needed my bankruptcy to be confirmed before they could help me. I remember several phone calls to Zamira asking her that exact question. When I told Shawn of my conversations with Zamira and Jennifer he looked at me as if I was stupid. Needless to say I said good bye and drove the 3.5 hours back home. I would not return to Bob Brady if they offered me a free car. They put you at a table and speak about your personal information so that everyone near you can hear. I had to ask them several times to please not talk so loud that it wasn't anyone elses business why I filed bankruptcy and that I didn't need it advertised. I do not like the word liar, but it sure fits here. Both Jennifer and Zamira should be ashamed of themselves. They lied for whatever reason and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me. I would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime. Funny, I was told by another dealership that HAS approved me that they are scam artists....I didn't want to believe him. Figured it was "just business talk". He hit the nail on the head and told me exactly what they would do. I should have listened. And just for the record, I am not a person who charges and charges and charges without the ability to pay back. I am a widow who lost everything when my husband died and I have been preyed upon by a total unscrupulous group of people. Ms. Sanders.

Took my Town and country Van to have repaired because check engine light was on, that was on Mon. They replace a vacum hose and told me it was fix. I was out over 100.00 for that. On tuesday the check engine light came on and it died three times in the parking lot, but once I got it started it ran fine. Took back to have it check out, and this time they told be it was bad wiring and they fix what they could, but wanted to replace harness at 850.00. I told them no and they said it was running and I could pick up. I started home and it died and I had to have it tow. My husband found out where their tech. broke the harness adapter and it wouldn't stay plug in. Husband fix that and it is running fine. These people will rip you off, don't buy and don't take anything there to have fix

All i can tell you is dont be fooled by the "pre-approval" bull they tell you. They called me and told me i was pre approved so after driving 53 miles to see them in hopes of getting a new car i was turned down. This was on a Friday night, they told me i had not been at my job long enough, which the day before they said everything looked great on the application which they asked for time of employment! Why couldnt they see that before i went there and told me over the phone! So they asked for my husband to be on the application so i said ok..they told me "we will have this taken care of and call you first thing tmw am (sat) I waited all day saturday and NOTHING. I finally called and they told me that they were waiting on an office manager to approve it, everything was looking promising they said! however i would have to wait until MONDAY!! so monday came around and NOTHING! i called and they gave me a bull line that since he was stationed in another state for the Army even though i was his legal guardian he needed to be present! so please go elsewhere! Dont waste your time with someone who is only interested in making their quota! bob brady is very misleading and tells you what you want to hear!

Bob Brady has a huge reputation for making "MISTAKES" on the trade in value of customer vehicles; I should know because they screwed me pulling the same trick. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but let everyone know how this dealership operates; the Illinois State's Attorney will do absolutely nothing for your cause. Usually they call the customer about 3 days after the sale to tell them that a "MISTAKE" was made on the trade in value. I tried to get my old car back, but of course they claimed the car was already auctioned off prior to them informing me of their "MISTAKE". Call the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint if it will make you feel better, but Bob Brady could care less. I would also highly recommend that you DO NOT use their service department either, they are as incompetent as the sales department is crooked.
