The place is so tacky for starters. The people who work in this place are very rude and unprofessional. They think that just because you are a minority, they can treat you any way they want. Not happening here. They can keep their CHEAP

I purchased 3 frigs and 3 stove for an apt building I owe. I spent over $1,000 with this Mike's Furniture. I thought it would be a good buy to purchase used from a family owned business. Boy was I wrong...first I drove to the store, parking is horrible double parked cars everywhere, then I entered the store horrible customer service. The guy got my order wrong several times and even tried to blame me for his mistake. I overlooked this matter despite my intuition.I recieved all merchandise and all appliances gave me problems from the burner on the stoves going out to the frig just suddenly stop working!!! And get this all stop working after 30 day warranty expired. Mikes was unwilling to fix any problems without charging a $39 fee to come out and then any additional fee for parts. This is a modern day scam...they do minimum work on appliances and then give you a limited window to request repairs and then ofcourse appliance stops working by then and you are left feeling as though Mike Funiture business model is a sham!!! Then to add further insult Mike's only comment is "well this is a used product you are buying" Dont waste your money buying from these crooks!!!!

I found a dresser and nighstand and provided my address and phone number and was told they would arrive the following Tuesday. I called that morning at 8am to confirm my delivery and correct phone number.I confirmed my keypad entry number. By 3pm it had not arrived. I called Mike's, they said they had delivered it at 9am and noone was home. I explained that I was there and they repeated my phone number back to me.It was the wrong number. And they also claimed not to have my key pad number.I explained I had called that morning.By the end of the conversation I was told I was not home, if I had been then I would have received my furniture.They also said that if it was true I had called in the morning then a note would have been put in my file. Since there was not a note, I had not called! I explained that this was not acceptable service. They said if I did not like it then to come in for a refund. I decided to give it another chance. The 2nd time was the same exact situation. I called that morning. Confirmed delivery and phone number. They never showed up. I called. I got nowhere with them other than upset. Today I went in for a refund. Mike's does NOT do cash refunds, even if you have never received the product! I was told that THEY had wasted gas to deliver twice to me and I was not home. Not only will they not refund the cost of the furniture I had bought, they will not refund the $40 dollars I paid for delivery, nor will they refund the $30 I put toward a couch. Nothing! They also called me a liar to my face in front of a dozen customers waiting for service. And told me they would see me in small claims court. I never raised my voice to them, I was consistently polite in all of my dealings, and this is the treatment I received. I also asked to speak to the manager, and whoever this person is refused to come and talk to me. It is obvious that they do not stand behind their products or service. It has been over a month and I still do not have the product I paid for.

i was really searching for a good deal for an appliance, when i came across mike's. i walk in and purchased an appliance. this was supposed to be delivered to the address that i had my purchase sent. on this day i took off from work and i was home all day watching tv. i notice around 6pm that i haven't recieved my appliance. i called and called and no answer. on the first day of the week i made a call and talked to a guy named "adam" this guy has to the angryist and rudist person in the world , he was so smart mouthed and foul towards me , when all i had was questions. well i was spending 1500.00 with mike company, after the rude talk between me and "adam" it made me and my wife look else where. we are going to walk in the store and demand an apology from "adam" who scared my wife with his tone. so i don't advise to buy from them cause customer service is very bad!!!!!!!!!!!! also my sister in law also cancled her order also>>>>>
