Our Car was involved in a pretty bad hit & run while it was parked.
I called our Insure agent Mr. Carter & told him the situation. I can Honestly say I was thrown off by how accomodating Mr. Carter was. You hear all kinds of Horror stories about insurance companies. Yet Mr. Carter & his State Farm office was the Best.
He was able to tell me a tow truck outfit to choose that would take my car to any body shop I wanted & not hassel or pressure me into going to any specific ones. He gave me a list of auto body shops that his clients have had no complaints with & had good records with the Better Business Bureau. He told me they were only suggestions & to feel free to use anyone I wanted. I went with one of his recomendations & they did a fantastic Job. Mr. Carter made our situation alot less traumatic than it could of been & by following his suggestions I am sure that we got our car fixed sooner & much better than if we were left to find someone on our own. I would Recommend Mr. Carter & State Farm to everyone
