This salon is great and i love the service. the people that work here are so nice and friendly and caring. the prices are a bit pricey but it is worth it.

I love this salon. Yes, it is a little expensive, but when you walk in the door you will appreciate to time and afford that was put into the appearance of the salon. The service is good and the stylists are excellent.

Quick and fun

This is a great place for a quick cut. I was able to get in for an appointment the same day I called and they had my hair cut and styled in around 30 minutes. The staff was great. I will definately head back there.

Great Salon!

Great Salon! Was able to get an appointment right away. Stylist was very helpful with new suggestions for a change that I was looking for. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Haircut & highlights, was in and out in less than an hour. Great place to run on lunch for a quick trim. Would definietly go back!

I had a great experience at this salon! The staff is super friendly, I was taken right away and the stylist did exactly what I wanted. I highly reccommend the salon to anyone looking for a new place to get their hair done!

Great location and Value!

i went in few weeks ago for a hair coloring for the first time...it was great. the prices are very reasonable, the location is perfect, close to my office. i was able to get an appointment right away, and they were very good about getting me "in and out" on my lunch break. i will definitely go back!

extremely rude staff - haughty- snotty - avoid!!

I received a gift certificate for this hair salon and called the salon to make an appointment about 3 months ago. I asked for their prices on cuts, color and manicures. They were curt and rude and had the audacity to ask if I was calling from another salon to "spy" and get pricing information. That time I decided against making an appointment because they wouldn't give me any straight information. So... today I called again really needing a hair appointment. She set me up for an appointment and when I asked for the price of the appointment she said between $45 and $50. So I asked, which is it? $45 or $50. "Well it depends on the length of your hair and its thickness". This is the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard of. So I told her what my hair was like and the fact that I was simply looking for a trim, and that I would like the price of the haircut before I commit to the appointment. She told me "We don't give prices over the phone!", and then she rudely put me on hold. We got disconnected either b/c she hung up on me or my cell phone gave out. I called back and canceled again. I just don't see any need to be rude to people over the phone. And what do you have to hide by not giving out your pricing to a prospective customer. There are lots of other great places to go in Chicago and I would strongly recommend against giving this business your money.
