this place sucks, yeah they dont bother u not even if u call...u have to be related to someone there or work for someone there or else they wont notice u, they all stick up for each other and when u want to speak to a manager they say they cant give out any names or numers.... basement flooded took 3 months to fixx..even burt down a garage due to electrical..have a problem with noisey neighbors they wont do n e thing because they wot want to lose rent..they dont abide by the lease and never call u back...and they all smoke like chimneys...if u go to their office u cant even breath..everyone either has a cigarette or cigar...no licenced contractors so repairs are all half-a**ed. i had a very terrible experience and have met other tenants that would say the same...they are very unfair.

I love these landlords. They rarely bother you for anything. At times they need to do repairs, but you get plently of notice. Pay your rent on time and they leave you alone. If you need something fixed, they fix it within a day. Once for an emergency they came out at 10pm and fixed it. Will rent from them as long as they have a place that suits my needs and budget.
