Historic Lincoln Hotel

The Historic Lincoln Hotel is nice, but it wasn't my favorite place to stay in Urbana. It is old and the staff at the front desk always had to search for our reservation. The beds were not very comfortable.

The Historic Lincoln Hotel is certainly unique. When my parents visited, and we couldn't find somewhere closer to campus to stay they would stay here. The mattresses weren't so great, and the rooms were pretty small. But it's a lot more interesting than the standard chain hotels too.

This was at one time a great place to stay. However the lack of respect for the history of this building has not been utilized. The Hotel has become very dilapidated.
