Red Lobster is loosing it

I was not happy with my most recent visit. The waitress/server forgot to give me utensils, so my daughter didn't want to start without me, then the cheddar biscuits were cold, and only got 1 basket, not offered any more. I also get irritated when not OFFERED water, why do I have to ask for water?
