The atmosphere of Bricks is definitely cozy and filled with all ages of patrons - family friendly, for sure. There's a limited amount of tables, though, so I would probably call in for a reservation. Our party of 4 got lucky as I didn't expect the place to be packed at 6pm on a Sunday! Service was pretty good, too, and I'm glad the waitress didn't yell at us when we (semi-bluntly) asked to switch booths.

This was a Thursday night tradition when we lived in Chicago. Luved the pizza, and the little pieces they cut it into. We had the same waitress every time, she does have a reserved personality but we dug her and always tipped well. I miss Bricks
Pros: pizza and beer
Cons: cant you smoke outside for petes sake?
Love the thin crust and the salads - everything is light and not greasy. Parking is a bit rough though
Pros: Food
Cons: Parking
first our ceasar salads came without dressing and the waitress insisted there was dressing and that we just wanted more but i assure you there was 0. none. Then are pizza came cut into many many pieces we thought that it was delivered to the wrong table. Their was a young childrens party there. I personally like my pizza or dish i order the same as it was the last time i ordered it unless otherwise specified. rude attitude again. very dissappointing.
I had the barbeque chicken pizza, then came back twice in the next four days just to have it again. I've never had a better pizza. Anywhere. Ever.
Pros: Food
Cons: Door hard to find
The Painful Pizza with garlic, red onion, pepperoni, and jalapeno pepper is one of Chi-town's best. Always go easy on the cheese...
Great chill place, with amazing pizza. It is a little pricey for pizza but worth it. The wine by the glass is not very good but the beers are.
Pros: great pizza, great salads, Good beer selection
Cons: Alcohol is Pricey, Need more appetizers, Wine / glass bad
Without a doubt, the BEST thin pizza in town. They're only open after 5:00p, but you won't find a better crust/sauce combination in town. For the adventurous, try the Painful...Pepperoni, Garlic, Onion and Jalapeno!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Great Pizza, Super Ambiance
Cons: Small seating
It's hidden in a garden level of an old building and not very obvious, but when you find it, you will love it. They have some interesting gourmet pizzas along with the usual toppings. The atmosphere is wonderfully eclectic, yet warm and inviting.
