DANGEROUS,DURING THE LATE-NIGHT HOURS..A ARMED SECURITY OFFICER WORKING 3rd shift,was SHOT IN THE HEAD,DURING HIS SHIFT!!!Customers entered the restaurant,stepped over his bleeding body,and placed orders..(Pershing Ave) Many windows @ the restaurant had to be replaced,due to people throwing individuals threw the window.On Friday and Saturday nights,there are 2 armed guards working in this tiny rest.One armed officer, is a Captain for the Chicago police department..Many fights,in the rest..One incident that occurred was, a disgruntle customer threw a plate of HOT GRITS,in the waitress face!!!!!..Another incident was a waitress "Pam," was beaten badly,by a customer..IN THE (Western ave,)RESTAURANT!!

Although alot of people i know like Kevins because it has great, I dislike it very much. I found hair in my Milkshake one time and have disliked the place ever since. This was awhile ago but I still would not recommend it.

Great opton for lunch or dinner whenever you just don't feel like cooking or are just craving for a big, juicy hamburger. Freshly made, great sides. Yum!
