Great hotel - Great loaction
While in Chicago for a Pampered Chef conference this month, we stayed at this hotel. It is walking distance form Magnificent Mile and all the wonderful things to see and do. The concierge is incredibly informative and will hook you up with reservations for the hottest spots in town.
The rooms are small but clean and nice - and many have amazing views (mine had a view of the watrer - wow!). The beds are SO nice - called "Sweet Sleepers" you sleep like a baby! The water-pressure in the shower is amazing and they provide Jergens soaps and Pantene shampoo and ocnditioner rather than the usual junk other hotels offer.
What a great place to stay!!

Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers
With just over 1,200 guestrooms and 33 suites, Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Tower offers guests a true 4 star stay. The elegant entrance and lobby are supported by brass columns and flows centered by a fountain. Odd-numbered rooms enjoy a view of the Chicago cityscape while even-numbered rooms soak in the river front scene, and lower level rooms experience the soothing sounds of the Swaying Michigan River. Basic amenities such as cable TV, and internet access are topped off with the pure comfort of the newly introduced Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds. Conference rooms are available for the traveler on business, and are not only equipped with outlets for latest technology, but chandeliers of crystal and brass.

Beautiful Hotel in an Excellent Location
You have many options when staying in the Loop Area in Chicago, and this is a good example. The rooms are comfortable, clean and up-to-date. The views of Chicago and the lake are breathtaking and the location on the Magnificent Mile is perfect!

Location Location Location and more
The Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Downtown Chicago has a great location for visitors to the City. It is within walking distance of most major attractions and you can hop on the "L" with a short walk as well. The hotel itself is very nice and if you time it right, through Hotwire or Orbitz you can score this 4 star hotel for a 3 star price.

Perfect Chicago Location
This is a great place to stay in Chicago, especially if you can get a good rate. Located right on the river, near the lake. Great rooms with gorgeous views, easy access to shopping and sights in the Loop and the excellent customer service you'd expect from a 4-star Sheraton hotel. They've got an indoor pool so bring your swimsuit year-round.

Good views and location
I stayed at the Sheraton Towers and found the hotel enjoyable. The hotel is located right on the river and is walking distance to many of the fine attractions that Chicago has to offer. The hotel has a nice workout center and a bar in the lobby. My room was average size, but provided outstanding views of the river and downtown Chicago. The crowd in the hotel seemed to be a high percentage of business travelers and convention folks.

Misleading
Came hear on business last minute...all the hotels that I wanted to stay at were all booked up so started searching and the Sheraton Chicago Towers looked very nice in the pictures...beware! When we checked in the hotel lobby is very nice (looks recently renovated) and checked us into our room, we specifically asked for nonsmoking and then checked us into smoking which smelt so awful I thought I was going to get a nosebleed, they switched us into another room with a view of a dirty roof..then I realized how misleading the photos are on the website compared to what they look like in person..horrible...the only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable....I don't want to be a superficial but definately not worth $399 a night! Stay at the W or the Westin instead!
Pros: Comfortable Bed
Cons: $399 a night for this well below average hotel!

"Girls" on the Town
Six of us ladies spent four nights here. It's a great location; close to everything without having to walk too far. The rooms were clean with plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. We had great views. Service was good everywhere, except it was pretty slow at the "express" restaurant down on the river even though it was not busy. We got a good rate through Southwest Airlines. I would stay here again
Pros: Good location, Good Service, Comfortable

Wonderful
I just had a great weekend. We stayed at the Sheraton and I will stay there again on my next visit to Chicago. You can't beat the location. Close to just about everything. We walked to all our destinations. Two blocks to Michigan Ave, two blocks to Navy Pier. The beds are so comfy I didn't want to leave the room. Room service was excellent and quick. Excellent view of the city and lake. Next time we will ask for the other side of hotel because they had just as good as view (river, lake, city). Our check-in/check-out was a breeze.
Pros: Location, View, value
Cons: , Ice machine broken, beds too comfy
