Bancgroup Mortgage

My Realtor suggested Bancgroup in Palos Hill to my husband and I. Being new to the area, we went with it. We were very disappointed. I met with Dan Rogers and he went over the entire process. My first impression of him was good. He said to call with any questions. A couple weeks later, I called with a question and he went off on me and told me he already explained this to us. He did, but we forgot (there's so much info given to us during this time). I called him another time for an answer and I felt dumb talking to him. Our loan was given to a processor who quit / let go during this process. We were never notified of this and found out from our Realtor. So, another woman named Denise took over our file. 2 days before closing, she calls asking about our homeowners insurance and was very unpleasant to work with. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Bancgroup and do not recommend them. I felt like more of an inconvenience to Bancgroup than a customer.

The first thing we noticed about this company was their friendly service. Talking to our mortgage rep is like talking to an old friend. They are very meticulous and call us to make sure we are taking care of all the details if it looks like something is missing. We will continue to go there for future refinancing or mortgages.
