Curves is an excellent work out option at a reasonable price for women of any age, especially if you have limited time. The staff are very friendly and more than willing to help when you have any questions. When you first sign up the go through and show you exactly how every machine works and make sure you are comfortable. The monthly weigh ins and measurements are great to track your progress in your own personal goals. Everyone is so friendly and you don't feel strange or out of place.
