I took my car to this location on Saturday, 10/25/08 at 5:15pm.Even though I've taken the vehicle there before, the service manager claimed there was no information in their data base and gave me a ton of bad attitude when I suggested he look again.I noticed that though there were 3 vehicles in the service area, the technicians were goofing around, and wrestling and not paying too much attention to what they were doing.A gentleman who was watching them work on his car through the window noticed that the technician trying to jam a plastic engine shield back onto place after he pried it off with a screw driver. The technician tried to just set it in the engine, but the customer caught him and yelled at him through the window 4 other service people and a supervisor tried to put it back on but couldn't because it was broken. The service manager (Juan) continued to give me a hard time as he gave me an estimate.I had a head light replaced and an oil change and after the service the manager came out of the service area and asked me if my air conditioner worked. I said it did and he proceeded to tell me that there was a green liquid leaking from my vehicle and suggested that it might be refrigerant. I keep my car in my garage with a bright white painted floor and have noticed any substance leaking from it. I have had the car in the garage over night and there is still no leakage.I noticed something strange about an hour after I left their location. I have an on board computer in my vehicle that analyzes every engine function and actually tells me when it needs service and goes so far as to tell me what my oil life is. The computer keeps telling me that I need an oil change and that I have only 9% oil life left.I suspect that they did not change the oil, even though I was charged for it. I am going to have my regular mechanic check this first thing Monday morning and if I find this to be the case, I will not only refer this to my lawyer, I will inform every consumer organization in Illinois.
