I use to go to Jamba Juice every morning before work but now I stop going. Last year the staff was excellent and was very friendly but now they have an entirely new staff who doesn't know what their doing and one time I had to wait a long time and people who ordered after me received their drinks first. Another time, they didn't secure the lid on the smoothie and when I grabbed it from the middle of the cup, the lid came off and the smoothie spilled. The smoothie is excellent but the service is poor.
