Penny's noodles has several locations and I have eaten at two of them (Diversey & Sheffield). Both locations are great. Which ever one I'm close to is the one I go to. I talked to the owner and I'm trying to encourage him to open a Penny's in Hyde Park. Try the Pad Se Ew Chicken & Gyoza for starters.

Always a great go-to for quick and good Thai food. My favorite is the Thom Khai Ka soup and spicy basil with chicken noodles. We lived close to the Lakeview location and found ourselves there once a week. We have tried the Diversey location too but prefer the Lakeview spot.

If you are looking for a good place to get some delicious thai food, Penny's is a great option. They have lots of great thai dishes here, all for very reasonable prices. The restaurant itself is small and well kept. The service is fast but if you go during a busy night, you might have to wait a bit because seating is limited. However, the wait is sure worth it because the food is really yummy and one of the best in town. Try to use public transportation, because parking can be hard to find in the area.
