I, a woman, went in to talk numbers about a Murano. Only offered $500 off the sticker price and refused to do any more negotiating until my "hubby" came into the dealership. I was told this by both Sales Manager and Salesman. Sexist and Offensive. Have contacted Nissan North America, Inc. about experience. My husband is Active Duty Army and deploys every other year. I handle everything stateside out of necessity. I did not appreciate the complete lack of common courtesy.
If you're a woman and looking to buy a car, go some where else.
We purchased an Acura MDX the next week. They gave us a better deal and better service.

It is always a pleasuable experience when I visit the Hawkinson Nissan Service Department. I am always pleased with the outcome after my visit. Ramon was an excellent salesman and very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver. The trade in value for my vehicle was fair and I would recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new Nissan.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have bought from Hawkinson Nisan and the service is always extremly exceptional and this time wasn't any different. Mr. Ramon Odom was very profesional and very knowlegable about my vehicle & made me feel very comfortable. My former salesman Mr. Randy cowley did a great job recommending him. Mr. Tim Curren, Sam Vela & Rick Garcia also made me feel very comfortable in the financial features in the purchasing of my 2011 Armada. When I walk into Hawkinson Nissan I feel like I'm among friends and family.

The service that I received was outstanding, helpful and professional. My representative assured me that we that we could make this happen, since he worked with me before. It was his confidence and patience and due diligence that assisted in making the purchase of my new a reality. I would recommend Mr. Ramon to anyone, especially since he has made a believer out of me and that if you work hard, pay your bills you can buy anything. I thank you Hawkinson Nissan for such a valued employee. I did not come with the intent of purchasing a new car but because of my upside of my upside situation Mr. Ramon made it possible. Juan was very helpful and pleasant on the phone when i called the dealership. He amswerwd all my questions and set and appt with me.he was ready to assist us with exactly the car we talked about when we arrived at the dealership.He was straight forward with pricing and incentives as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was fast and efficient with his paperwork,polite and personable with his delivery and service.This car buying experience was light years ahead of my last experience with a Jeep dealership.Financing is a slow process and we understand that these things take time. I hopr to continue to recieve the highest level of service now that we have purchased the vehicle!!!! We would buy from Juan again when my husband looks for a truck next year. I was impressed with the customer service I received from Randy, Ramon, and Rick. They all played their parts in insuring I was satisfied with every aspect of buying a new car. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I am glad this is where I purchased my first brand new car. Nissan has a customer for life.

I came to the Nissa dealership with little hope of getting a car and they did every thing they can to help me get into a car and they was very professional and nice and warm hand and I left their with a Ni9ssa Altima 2008. I will come agian and tell every one I can to come and get a car from here. Micheal Petrovits was very good maybe one day he can manger the place because he has a nice personality and very professional. I think he is a keeper.

This dealership really took care of me. I had a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase and they did everything in their power to get me in that vehicle. With a low credit score! Randy and Ramon Odom my sales team were the absolute best! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Hawkinson was awesome! I looked online before I came in and everyone I worked with from start to finish was incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and the process was completely painless. They even worked with my schedule so I was able to test drive on lunch and even come back and buy on lunch too!

My future salesman, Ramon, greeted me with kindness and respect from the first minute I walked-in. He is a knowledgable and patient salesperson. His great attitude and service did not waiver throughout the ENTIRE process.
I cannot go without also mentioning The Sales Manager Randy. His input definetly assisted with the completion of my Nissan business. Equally knowledgable and understanding, his service must also be noted. Overall an excellent experience at the Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson, Il. I will certainly reccommend to friends ~:D

Mr. Gordon Sales service was very good. I waited for the status on my credit and he was making sure the sure I was confortable the hold time I waited. I would recommend other to come and purchase a car. I enjoyed my old car the the joy of this new car is very nice. He was also able to get me into the car I liked and color as well. My parents had also purchase a car from him 5 years ago.

I had a very great experience here at Hawkinson Nissan. Sean O'Connell was my salesperson, and he immediately gave a wonderful first impression. His personality and disposition put us at ease and made us feel like we were definitely at the right place to purchase a vehicle. He found us the greatest minivan for our family in no time at all. After filling out the paperwork, we soon met with the finance employee Vince, and he was very kind. He met all of our needs pulling every string possible. The customer service again- fantastic! After the finishing autographs, we waited for our van to be inspected and washed. In that time, we were made comfortable by another fellow employee of Sean's named Juan. He had a very fun and personable character. The teamwork he displayed with Sean was impressionable. The people who work here are certainly ones I'll truly remember.
